!!!!!BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THEM BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING CHANGED MY TIRE MESSED UP MY TPMS SYSTEM AND THEN PLAYED DUMB ABOUT IT THEY ARE CROOKS REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BEWARE THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY THEY ARE RUDE DONT GIVE ANY PROOF OR RECEIPT OF PURCHASE I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND SAID SOMETHING BEFORE LEAVING THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD FIX ITSEL with driving but it didn't so i returned to have them act like it wasn't their fault worked fine before and with other tire changes if you need a tire don't let them put it on. Buy it and go elsewhere.

They only messed my car and it’s now it can’t drive at all before it drove perfectly but I was having break issues and for some reason my transmission doesn’t work I thought they were 2 different things and the guy lied straight to my face saying he had to get the part shipped but then the next day he said they were touching the part but why would you touch the part if you don’t have it so I called him out on his lie and he got mad and put his finger in to my face mine you I’m a small woman and he’s a big man do not come here

I was frazzled from running behind for a tattoo appointment. I wasn't expecting there not to be a card reader,by the pump. He was cool and filled my cars tank up. Which Definitely alleviated some stress. Legit customer service. Thanks again!

had 4 tires put on and balanced. I then Drove my car up north after work and the whole car was shaking, felt like a wheel was going to come off. Took it to someone else who looked at it, found out that Al's never balanced the tires correctly and didn't seat a wheel properly on my rim, didn't set the torque wrench to them Either. One tire was low on air. Went back to get a refund or explain but owner brushed me off, said it was my fault. Cutting corners get you know where. Shitty customer service. 0/10 recommend!

Wrong customer service ! Don’t waste ur time. Bad attitude didn’t do what he promised he would looked like he gave my car a quick wash and that was it . had my car for 9 hours ??walked away disappointed.

I've only been in St Cloud a couple years & I was referred to Al's by a couple different tire places if you need any good & honest work done. So far they have been great & always very responsive.

Went to get gas...attendant wont get off his cell to answer question. ..when he finally did he said he dont take cards...yet when i called someone there said they do take mobil card.....
