Reds damaged my stuff, and never repaid me for some of it. The one item they agreed to fix took over 3 months to get back. It wasn't fixed correctly, and wouldn't fix it anymore or replace it because they already spent money on poor workmanship

I used Allied Van Lines thru Red’s Transfer out of St Cloud MN. Driver and crew chief was Jim.. Awesome loading crew with great customer rapport and very meticulous handling of heavy furniture on difficult stairways. Sean and Christian are standouts.. Driver managed the loading with ease and packed a large home including hot tub. Unbelievable service. Hired unloading crew at destination that was just as experienced and competent. Excellent experience and well under estimated cost. Red's Transfer with Allied is highly recommended by me for residential move.

Red's Transfer just left our new home after moving us to our new location and I feel compelled to write this recommendation. This is a quality team! They arrived on time, handled our furniture and belongings with care, and delivered on time, but more than that, they were easy to work with and made us feel at ease at a stressful time. If we ever make another move we will certainly call on Red's Transfer.

When I was looking for a moving company for a long distance move, I looked at many companies and got a few bids. While Allied was not the lowest, what they were was the most trustable and the only one that was willing to actually come to my place and give me an accurate estimate. They arrived promptly on time and moved efficiently and effectively to get me pack up. All my possession arrived across the country in less than a week from pick up, which is amazing in its own right. I would definitely trust and use Allied again in the future if the opportunity arose to move.

Reds is moving furniture from MN to IL. They came today to get the furniture. The team was pleasant, professional and helpful when I asked questions. The furniture was all boxed and wrapped and padded. I did my own packing of dishes and misc. This was so smoothe- Thanks

If you ever are considering moving yourself - DO NOT do it. Red's Transfer and Storage did a tremendous job moving for me. Very professional & friendly management and moving staff. I hired Red's because of numerous recommendations from individuals that used this moving company. I cannot tell you the peace of mind that it gave me not to have to worry about coordinating people to help me move or having to worry about myself or any helpers getting hurt.

I called this company twice and left messages in regards to both storage and moving help. I spoke to a woman in the office and she told me she would have someone call me back. Even the second time when she took my message she recognized that I had already left a message and had not received a callback. Still, when she said that I would get a call back about both of those items the next day - no one called. They may be good company and just had a bad week with calling people back, not sure. One thing I do know is if you want business you need to call people back. We ended up not going with this company simply because we couldn't get a return phone call.

When looking for a cross country mover (MN->ME), I didn't want to go with the the shady company I hired out of New Jersey to move to MN; they were unprofessional and had no customer service. I scoured the internet for a company I felt good about. Red's just loaded up our 5,100 square foot house and we honestly couldn't have asked for more from this crew!
