All the Walgreen's are horrible, this one is just the one I have to deal with. About 60% of the time when I order a refill through the app, it is kicked back & I am told to call the pharmacy. I call the pharmacy & I am on hold for 2+ hours before they pick up. IF THEY DO PICK UP, which is not guaranteed. Avoid unless you have time to go stand in line for 45 minutes.

Look elsewhere! I've never had a smooth transaction with this pharmacy. They seem overwhelmed and under prepared.
They often take way longer than estimated. Most recently they said to come back in two hours to pick up my prescription. My wife goes back two hours later and they tell her they never received the prescription. What are they doing?

Sam is a floating pharmacist working her tail off keeping things together for this store. She had little help when we were there and yet she worked to get my prescription that I badly needed.

My feedback is similar to others. There is always a long wait to pick up prescriptions and they are chronically under staffed. I also had the experience of being on hold for an hour only to be hung up on without speaking to anyone. When I called the Walgreens in Roseville I was able to complete my call in less than 5 minutes. The staff are always working hard. I feel horrible for them because they are trying their best with understandably very frustrated costumers. This Walgreens should be closed. For whatever reason they are unable to hire enough staff to run effectively.

If you are thinking of moving to Saint Anthony with a medical problem, consider how the poor service at Walgreens Pharmacy in Saint Anthony can harm your health. For today’s complaint, I started my day at urgent care for a viral ear problem and 3 prescriptions were sent to Walgreens Pharmacy by 10am. Now, 7 hours later, I am in line for the 3rd time after having my phone calls ignored for over 60 minutes cumulatively and fully expect the attendant to just tell me that as always my prescriptions are not ready and I need to go to the back of the line again. I know from experience that if I leave, they will not take care of my prescription at all. During these 7 hours my ear has swollen shut and pressure is building inside my head - pressing harder against my ear drum and harming my health. Walgreens Pharmacy in Saint Anthony is hurting me and patients like me who also wait in line for a core functional service of a pharmacy to be delivered. By the way, I’m the time it took me to write this review this line has moved only once. Based on this precedent I anticipate my wait time with 3 in front of me to be 45 minutes before being sent to the back again- therefore my plan is to leave as many SEO optimized online pharmacy Walgreens Pharmacy 1 star reviews and complaints as it takes them to provide me with a pharmacy service near me.

After waiting on hold for over an hour, an actually person answered and put me back on hold instantly again. They did this 3 times and finally just hung up on me. Been trying to get my prescription for a month, and I’m now I’m out of medication.

On hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up my call. Girlfriend tried calling, on hold for another 20 minutes, no one answered. At 6pm in the evening. Unacceptable.

I was getting help by a gentleman til this lady name Sara called her self a manager storms in the store high kept sniffing her nose no mask she was sick or didn’t have no respect for customers the way she came in she yelled lunch and started to close windows and doors. I asked her her I was already getting help and she goes come back at 4. Then I go ok why 4 my wife is 8and half pregnant and needs this meds and I was sent here from the other Walgreens on central and she goes sir do you wanna go to another pharmacy and I told her no that I already went two other before this one. Her final conversation with the guy was do we have this med and he goes I was checking and she tells me we’re closed come back at 4pm. I don’t even know if im coming back only to find out they don’t have it. This is the worest place I have been to. People need drug test these employees it’s shame that Sara looked high and was on medication her self.what a rude lady and she thinks it’s cool to call her self a manger wow.

Walgreens doesn't hire sufficient staff at this location to keep up with the traffic it receives, the pharmacist was very helpful and trying her best but it took an hour to get through the drivethrough while trying to update my insurance and pick up one prescription due to juggling in-store traffic and the drivethrough.

Honestly I have never not run into issues at this Walgreens. They seem to be always short staffed at the pharmacy and I often get miscommunicated to about refills and when my meds are ready. I would honestly say go to a different Walgreens if you can.

The worst pharmacy in the state. They don’t fill your prescription even when it’s in the system waiting to be processed. I have had to call 4 times before to get my prescription finally filled. They never answer their phone. The worst employees as well.

If you call, you will be on hold for 30 minutes and then be hung up on. I’ve tried four times and same process, no resolution. Horrible service and online platform/chat can’t do anything for you besides providing the pharmacy number.

This place is horrible and sad. I waited in line for 15 minutes at the pharmacy while all of the employees stared at me and no one spoke to me. I finally left and made a purchase upfront when I ask the cashier if there was anyone in the pharmacy to help she said probably not they don't like to do their job just for me to go back just for them to say someone will be with you I asked, why is it that none of you guys can help me the response was one of them open their mouth and did not say anything. The other one said our pharmacist is with somebody and the other person up there we don't know where they're at so I asked again you guys are not able to help me, and the one with my the mouth wide-open finally said no after answering the phone in my face.
