Sam is a floating pharmacist working her tail off keeping things together for this store. She had little help when we were there and yet she worked to get my prescription that I badly needed. THANK YOU SAM

After waiting on hold for over an hour, an actually person answered and put me back on hold instantly again. They did this 3 times and finally just hung up on me. Been trying to get my prescription for a month, and I’m now I’m out of medication.

On hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up my call. Girlfriend tried calling, on hold for another 20 minutes, no one answered. At 6pm in the evening. Unacceptable.
