This is the worst level of service at a bank I've ever experienced. Understaffed ,don't pay attention to drive up window, etc. I'm definitely transfering to a different banking institution. **David is the only who cares about customers and care about his job!

What happened to this bank? Where are all of the tellers and employees? This has happened 3 times now where there is such a long wait to just do basic banking like depositing a check. Today, the two tellers were each stuck with their customers for well over 20 minutes. While everyone in line just had to wait. They were ignoring the drive thru, too. There is not a manager around. The "other bankers" sit at their desk and ignore the line of people who were exasperated. I finally walked out without getting my banking done. I have been with US Bank for over 30 years and this is very disappointing.

Wanted to just leave some kudos to the team at this branchI have had numerous needs over the years from wires, to new accounts and learning how to setup some business banking across a remote teamI have found especially the Business Bankers here, Nick and now Anthony to be excellentHonestly, until now I kindof thought relationship management at banks was a thing of the past. But over the last few years, Anthony had helped change my mind being consistently available, and even using multiple forms of communication to support and get things done. This service is truly above and beyond what I expected and we are very thankful for it!

The service is sub intellectual. I brought a US Bank check to be mostly deposited, and set up new accounts. After an waste of an hour of time. This is completely in step with every customer service person and experience with US Bank, every person has a new excuse to do nothing and offer solutions that elongate the process. Since January 2023 US Bank has been a comedy of unforced errors and incompetence.

I have banked here for convenience for too many years. It is always a wait. It would be great if they could figure out a way to staff for the amount of customers they have daily.Edit: Hi again. Thanks for providing a quick non-answer response to my comment like I don't know how internet banking works. I have need to bank in person and I am simply making the observation that the bank is always understaffed. Resolving the issue would be a proactive response verses the solution provided in this comment. Have a great day.

This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. The teller, Luke, was very rude and unhelpful. He did not even try to find a solution or ask for any help. Worst banking experience I have had.

Man, there are tons of branches for US Bank and this is the only one with a 30 minute wait no matter when you go there. For the love of god hire more than two cashiers.

ATM machine froze when I was making a deposit and the machine would not return my card and now us bank is saying I did make the deposit and is makeing me wait 10 days for my money while they research the claim and there's no guarantee they will find the mistake and the most frustrating part is you try to call the branch for some assistance and you can't get a hold of anyone in the branch iv been trying to reach someone at the branch for over a day now

I walked in to find no customers in the lobby. I see 3 tellers typing something on the screens in front of them. I stood there for solid 5 min. None of the 3 teller even acknowledged my presence. What happened to customer service???

The lobby is still closed (it's now July 2021) for some inexplicable reason, and there's only ONE drive-thru lane, so be prepared to spend half your day waiting in line for a simple banking transaction

This bank is always painfully slow. I've been waiting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and I'm second in line. I've been second in line this entire time. I don't know if the person in front of me is trying to refinance their mortgage but it's taking forever.
