I saw a provider at this location for close to 15 years. The other day they emailed me and said my provider is no longer available. Now when I try and make an appointment they say that I'm a "new patient". Hennepin Healthcare is so frustrating and the organization doesn't care about patients.

I was looking for a new (PCD), I was giving a couple of options, I chose St. Anthony Village Clinic for my medical care. I was seen by Kelly Hood, her attitude toward me was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Her conversation about my health was very on polite and she was no way concerned about my health needs, she basically redirected me back to clinic that I was trying to move on from.

I had an OBGYN appointment for a routine Pap, and also a blood draw. The pap went well, however the blood draw was unsuccessful. I was pricked 3 different times, by 3 different nurses and no blood. I was scheduled for a 9:20am, I did not leave the clinic until 12:15pm! I got the prescription filled very quickly, however the follow up appointment did not happen! I would prefer a different clinic.

The pharmacy staff working in the afternoon on 4/10 and on the 12th is extremely efficient and compassionate. They filled my prescriptions quickly and made sure I knew how to take them. I've never experienced a higher quality service at a pharmacy.

Saw Kelly Hood to try and set up prescription refills since i just moved to this area. She was incredibly unhelpful, despite me providing proof of prescriptions and diagnosis from previous doctors. Didn't get back to me about looking at my medical records, i had to track her down to ask the status. Eventually, after meeting her requirements that she kept changing, she still refused to refill my prescription for my ADHD medication without *another* appointment, which would put me at over 2 months without my medication. You're better off seeking medical care from an episode of the 3 stooges where Moe dresses like a doctor.

All of my experiences with this pharmacy have been beyond exceptional. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients.

Went here when I was young I got 2 shots (I have a massive fear of needles) and they did them in the same arm and I got an allergic reaction which might have happened before and they didn’t give any medicine to try to treat it and had to wear a jacket all summer

I was refused being seen because I was late. I traveled from White Bear Lake and miss judged the time it would take me to get there. I took time off work for the appointment and wasted gasoline.WORST CLINICAL PRACTICE!

I didn't have the best experience. It was my first time there and I waited a little over a hour before being seen. The energy between staff was full of tension. It took almost 2 hours when all I needed was a referral.Might give it a second chance since it's a few blocks away. The medical assistant that took me back is very friendly and that's why they have an extra star.UPDATE: 3 weeks later: I recieved a $5 gc for caribou....still no referral callUPDATE 12/9: I never got that referral call so I call myself. The day of my procedure, I was told my insurance did not cover it. This was about a month ago at the new hcmc building downtown. "Sorry, someone should have called you".12/7, I gave this place a second chance. I really wanted it to work being its 3 blocks away. I was diagnosed with covid 10days ago and fully recovered. I was completely out of my athsma prescriptions and used more than normal when I was sick. I just needed a new one. I booked the appointment for next day, answering all of the screening questions over the phone. I showed up for my appointment...waited a couple minutes to check in. I again answered the screening questions just as I did when booking the appointment. I was told they will not see me. I explained I told the schedule the same answers I'm telling you. The CDC has also changed quarantine to 10 days from 14. The lab results stated 10days from the start of my symptoms which would have put me 15 days. The receptionist went in the back, then can back and lead me to a room where I was to awnser a phone. It was the person who was to see me. She asked me NOTHING about myself, my symptoms or anything. Simply stated "we do not treat covid patients and I would have to got downtown". I simply needed a prescription for an new inhaler and nebulizer medications. Asthma is a condition I have had my whole life and thankfully, it wasn't life threatening when I was sick with covid. I was able to talk to a nurse at Central clinic and got a prescription elsewhere. This place is absolutely horrible with extremely bad considerations for patients time and the system which they work in. I feel the provider also extremely lacked any concern for me. Never again anything HCMC.

I am never going back to this place again. Dr Pierre you are an unprofessional, insensitive and incapable doctor. After having her as my primary care physician for years, something changed in the last year that has made her an unpleasant doctor to see. The last two times I saw her (for an issue that she didn’t care enough to resolve or help me with) she was extremely impatient with me and practically rushed me out of her office. I literally wasted hundreds of dollars in the last two months for her to just rush through seeing me and not providing me with any alternatives for treatment or even specialty care. Last time I walked out of her office I overheard her sharing SENSITIVE and private information about my visit and laughing about it with the receptionists. I will never return to that clinic or recommend them ever again. Should’ve known that anything affiliated with HCMC would eventually run its course for being helpful. And As for Dr Pierre’s unprofessional behavior and for making me feel like my health and well being is not important and for making me feel bad about my situation I will write about her on every platform I can so no one else makes the mistake of subjecting themselves to her poor care as a physician.

I have been through a lot of doctors. I have several conditions. I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and I love it. Respectful. They know me there now. Dr. Kelley is the best doctor I have had. I'm glad she's my primary care physician.
