“My prescriptions were recently involved with the cyber attack on Cub pharmacy. I know the frustration on my part, and the employees of Cub pharmacy must have had it 10 fold. Today an employee, (I won't mention any names, but it was David) called me and left a personal voice mail, (not the pre recorded message) that my prescriptions were ready. Thank you!! These people care and I'm grateful for the great customer service.”

An employee actually stopped what they were doing to ask if I needed help and I realized that this doesn't happen at stores anymore.
