Definately not a good pharmacy. The actual pharmacists who had to step into help seem knowledgeable but not the people who take your info. I have insurance through my husband and have confirmed multiple times with the insurance and yet this pharmacy (the receptionists) doesn’t understand my insurance medication card. It’s blue cross blue shield through UPS, it’s not uncommon and yet every time it’s like a fight because the people who take your info aren’t knowledgeable enough to do their job. I would not recommend.

My prescriptions were recently involved with the cyber attack on Cub pharmacy. I know the frustration on my part, and the employees of Cub pharmacy must have had it 10 fold. Today an employee, (I won't mention any names, but it was David) called me and left a personal voice mail, (not the pre recorded message) that my prescriptions were ready. Thank you!! These people care and I'm grateful for the great customer service.

The pharmacy checkout woman was not wearing a name tag. Dark skinned black hair in braids and appeared to look younger. I picked up 3 medications. She proceeded to tell me about 1 medication (didnt say anything about the others) won't be due until the 16th. I don't know why she was only doing that with 1 medication. She continued to blabber until I asked the pharamastic "so long story short this is a 30 day supply, correct?" The woman also asked for my birthday multiple times as I had my I.D. laying out on the counter and told her multiple times. She rudely handed me the bag of prescriptions. I don't appreciate not being heard, listened to, or rudely handed a bag with a smart-tone. I've worked retail and i understand it can be challenging but the number one rule is you don't take it out on any customer.*update* called today and the pharmacy lady that helped me last night even had my next due date of medication wrong.

I love the pharmacists here. Even when it's busy, they are always a delight to interact with.I've not noticed delays getting scripts, which other reviews have mentioned.Definitely my favorite area pharmacy.

This is my go-to pharmacy. Anytime I've had issues with my prescription, they go above and beyond to work with me and my doctor to make sure I'm taken care of. They are friendly and on the quick side for a pharmacy. They have a simple over the phone refill system. It's also handy dandy cause you can get your groceries and your meds in one easy trip. I'd definitely recommend this pharmacy to a friend.

The staff are wonderful. They deal with folks who are not having thier best moments with grace and efficiency. They gently, supportively keep things moving while speaking to the listening of those they serve. Line moves quickly

Why is it that Cub doesn't seem to coach their employees in customer service. Rarely a hello or thank you. Today at 4:45pm I went through checkout #1. The young man didn't even acknowledge me or any of the customers coming through his lane. I made a point of extending a LOUD thank you. Still no reaction. Not even eye contact.Cub would serve themselves well by asking all their employees to spend an hour shopping at HyVee and paying attention to employee/customer interactions. They do customer relations well! I think I'll just shop at HyVee from now on. They seem to appreciate the business.

Good service considering how busy they were because of an approaching blizzard and overflow customer problems with a nearby competitive drug store. Staff were overwhelmed but remained helping and friendly.

This pharmacy used to be great when the older gentleman (can't think of his name) pharmacist was there but now it's AWFUL! The pharmacists play God, make up rules and discriminate against those they deem unworthy of their service. Avoid this pharmacy! They deserve to be shut down and I hope one day the games they play do just that. The whole place is a lawsuit in the making

A somewhat bigger store than those in Roseville, but oddly I could not find a lot of items I could obtain at the smaller stores. I traveled northbound for this Cub because of state fair traffic on Larpenter, and I currently won't go to the Quarry Cub because of the druggies in the parking lot and store. There are many acres of parking since the store is located in a service mall. Plenty of check out lanes, mostly closed so that people will be encouraged to used the self-serve lanes. I still was able to check out quickly with no attitude.

Wish it was possible to give them negative stars. Absolutely terrible wait times. Third month in a row now their wait time is over 2 hours.... With nobody in line! What is happening back there....Experience has been 100% better in the last few months!
