  24 hours open displayed everywhere Doors locked 2:30am & no one around. No one answers the phone and no sign on the doors to warn customers they are not currently open. 7 cars around regardless they may not all be staff or customers but it looks like they are open & clearly are not once you get to the door! Drove a long way just to be inconvenienced, if there was a note at the least I wouldn’t be doing this review, have a little consideration next time!

  I come here some mornings for Door Dahs orders since it isn't close to where I live. An employee actually stopped what they were doing to ask if I needed help and I realized that this doesn't happen at stores anymore. I am glad this Cub hires people who are nice, seem to care about the customers and want to help. Thank you.

  Very clean with fresh produce and great service, the employees were very helpful appears to be a very friendly community ??????????????

  Stalked by manager because of using a recyclable bag. Definitely don't recommend going here, since you'll be treated poorly for no reason.

  Here's a update on Cub and one I hate to give. I had to drop 2 stars. This isn't the same store i gave 5 stars to .first thing i notice is it needs some repairs done and a face lift to give it its shine back. Next the store is out stock of the main staples expected in a grocery store. When you are out of these items you are not a grocery store; like the vinegar section on July 10 was very bare. No red wine vinegar and standard vinegar!! Milk and dairy blown up !! .. flour section a mess .. and no 00 flour but you got plenty of buckwheat ?? If you make pasta you have to go somewhere else.. Im really not picking up a item here and there to make a point there are good departments and no I don't want a job. Produce in good shape meat market in good shape deli very good shape .. and very friendly and helpfull . Grocery department a total mess no excuses about a truck not in. I've been there 4 days in a row . The grocery manager must be blind or just doesn't care to leave a department this bad this long . Some things just make no sense walking around like farro in the flour section and not in the rice section. Maybe put it the rice section. Farro comes in about 6 different flovors. If it was in the right section you might sell it. You could put 00 flour in the flour section just a thought. This store is ready for a grocery reset and look what going on. There must be 15 different kinds of chili beans and zero tri mix beans to be found .. i could go on but this is enough of a point .

  tl;dr--refuses to hire/schedule enough employees for the store to actually run; refuses to maintain restrooms; pays employees poverty wages while participating in egregious price gouging as the American middle class is collapsing and working families are literally starving; harasses Black customers in stores; allows businesses to park their vehicles here unattended for weeks on end but stalks, threatens, and harasses severely disabled homeless people who park there overnight so they don't literally die.
  
  First off, the prices here are absolutely terrible. Everything is a ripoff. The bathrooms are also unbelievably disgusting--probably the worst I've ever seen in my life. But more importantly, the people running it are straight up evil.
  
  Here's what I mean: There are several commercial vehicles that park here overnight, and management has no problem with it. I also started parking here overnight. I have incredibly severe allergies and cannot be around other people at all, forcing me to live in my car so I don't straight up die. I never bothered anyone in the couple of weeks I parked here overnight. But the management here is so evil and cruel that that didn't matter.
  
  They hired some jerks to ride around the parking lot on lawnmowers ALL NIGHT LONG, making lots of noise and flashing bright lights (which alone could trigger a seizure for me) But it gets worse. *Even after I left the parking lot* one of the jerks followed me for 10 minutes, harassing me and threatening me the entire time. Since i have severe allergies, this dude simply walking up to my window could potentially kill me. For the record, they never tried simply talking to me and asking me not to park there before they hired goons to stalk, harass, and risk killing me in the middle of the night. This business values empty commercial vehicles over actual human lives. Truly evil. I will never shop here again.

  The produce in some areas were empty and the vegetables that were left were rotten. I couldn't believe it. The fridges were empty and the meat department had a stench. I usually go to the cub at the quarry and wanted a change of scenery and I regret it. This cub is in need of a revamp and a health department inspection.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Staff? Rude and aggressive. Especially the bald guy. Stock? You'll be lucky to find a single apple. This has got to be the worst store in the entire US. I hate this place. DO NOT COME HERE. THERE ARE OTHER STORES NEARBY, GO TO THOSE. NOT THIS LIVING HELL.

  Something’s gotta change, man. 4 self checkout lanes open and no regular lanes open. The line was down past the pharmacy, on a Monday before rush hour.
  
  So people with full carts of groceries taking their time scanning. During this time, 3 of the 4 self checkouts had their red error lights on and the one employee in charge of making sure the self checkouts ran smoothly could not keep up.
  
  On top of that, the price gouging over the last year has been insane.
  
  AND THERE ARE NO BASKETS IN THE STORE. WHY ARE THERE NO BASKETS????

  Deli is now a no go for me. Staff to busy talking to each other to notice people shove carts out the door with stolen food.

  Not one basket exists in the entire store. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have 4-6 arms to carry everything.

  The lack of staff here in the last few years has been bad, but lately it’s getting out of control. Cub, please staff this store better. The lines are long no matter what time of day you go.

  I would give this shothole NO STARS if I could. The service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in any grocery store. This lady gave me attitude for me just asking for help at the self checkout.No one knows where anything is and I went on a 5 mile hike just trying to find anchovies in a jar which I never found even asking 3 different people.I’m never going back! I really do not like posting negative posts but I feel the need to warn anyone who is looking for service and quality food which you will not find at this place.
