Bought a truck from here over a month ago. Still have not received the paperwork to register the vehicle. Law states they have 10 days, it’s been over 30. Then asked for a new temporary plate, supposedly they sent last week but still haven’t received it. So now I’m illegally driving my truck it’s great!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING RELIABLE SERVICE AFTER YOUR PURCHASE! Although our buying experience was initially great and Kevin Clark from their finance team went above and beyond for us, it soon turned sour as a promise for a second key fob was never followed through with. After several calls and voicemails went unanswered (long story), we were finally sent the second key fob in which they had to order. It was sent in a regular white envelope and when we received, no key fob was in the broken envelope. Who would send something of this nature in this generic fashion anyway???? Dealership was called and called and called again. Finally said they would order another (we would personally pickup this time as was worried about the shotty way it was mailed the last time). We'll that was several months ago and still no call to let us know if it ever came in. We feel letdown as customers and the whole ghosting bit is really ridiculous! Unless this is resolved soon, you will definitely see several more bad reviews from me on your business! Social media, I will guarantee everyone will see how this dealership operates after they get their money! Should be ashamed of themselves!

Willie was awesome! Got our deal done in a few text messages. Best experience buying a truck ever. Oketh explained everything and was very kind! The GM Kevin was very personal and we had a great time talking with him while we waited. Overall we will come back when we need a vehicle!

My fiancé was recently on her way to her bachelorette party when her truck needed immediate service. When she called ahead and asked for help they said they would stay open late for her and her sisters. They assured her they would do whatever they could to help from repairs, to getting her a rental truck to fit everything she was already bringing for the long weekend when they only needed to offer an suv.
They have been an absolute pleasure to work with while keeping us updated on timelines and answering questions about what is next. If it was worth it, I would drive an hour and a half one way just to get my oil changed by them if they provided HALF of the professionalism and kindness they have provided us already.
You will definitely have business from me in the future. Thank you!

I had a great experience. My engine light had come on and Tim got me in to have it looked at immediately. The problem was the fuel pump driver control module and Tim ordered me one and said it was ok to drive until it came in. Great customer service!!!
