I had to give it 1 star but deserves no stars because of how Scott treated me. Maybe if your not of color he’ll be honest and trustworthy with you. I recently did business here. Scott seemed nervous by me when all I was doing is trying to gain trust. Beat around the bush so much with me, told me dates and prices. Then switch up and kept my car for a 37days. Charged me a ridiculous price for a wheel bearing and didn’t even do regular checks. I had to have my grandparents call him to get information about when and how the car would be fix. It would seem that he doesn’t explain on the car results with you either. Pathetic. He does not communicate. Why would he communicate with my grandparents and tell them things he needs to tell the owner. So I tried talking with him. I call cars there 30 days. My grandparents call he does the car in 1 day. He also, I guess wanted the money upfront? Not telling me cause usually you’d pay once the job is done. So he for some reason got offended by me trying to understand his logic. Worst auto shop around. Bad pricing, communication and service!

My alternator light came on while driving in southern MN. I live in St Paul. I was driving through Spring Valley knowing I would not make it home. Stopped at Scott's Auto. Scott dropped what he was doing and got me an alternator. It was 4 pm and he could have closed but he made sure I was going to get home. He stayed late and had it done just after 6 pm. He went the extra mile. An added bonus, he called me a half hour after I left to see if everything is ok. Great guy, awesome service!!!!
