Recommend visiting another location. Have been a few times for basic care needs such as colds, sprained ankle, etc. The Nurse practitioners/doctors do not seem interested in establishing any kind of care plan or knowledgeable in practical medicine, they prefer to give referrals. Which is fine, just be prepared to leave still needing care. I followed instructions but to no avail for a treatment plan, and ended up leaving after the doctor had to step out and “regroup” herself after I asked a question. Very very odd and uncomfortable. Sadly has been a waste of time and I still need to find a doctor for care.

Not a fan of this location. On our only & recent appointment there, nobody between the receptionist, nurse, and doctor seemed genuinely happy to be there. Condescension and jadedness from the doctor left us wondering why he chose this profession in the first place. Also never received my requested follow-up call.Other Ridgeview clinics are good; never returning to this one.

Went for a consult of sorts and left with a shrink referral over their ridiculous depression test without any other information from me, the patient, about anything. I kept being talked over like I was a child and I did not appreciate that at all. Dr. Runkle had no right to deny me the service I was there for regardless of how he "felt". I hope you guys aren't billing me for this b.s. visit.

Dr Runkle is the best dr my fam has had in almost twenty years. He is knowledgeabl, patient, gd listener, approachable and kind. He gives you the time and doesn't rush. He has been able to find slolutions to my child's health issues that many could not diagnose. I am very grateful to God to have him as our family physician. Ridgeview clinic is one of the best with very friendly staffs and trustworthy work ethics.

Someone I know is denied care here because they had Covid. This makes no sense to me because this is a clinic. The person I know needed an inhaler because they were having difficulty breathing. The clinic wouldn't even offer that or schedule a phone consultation.

I normally enjoy this clinic. However there is a nurse there that I have had to deal with the last month or 2 and I find her very rude. Unfortunately due to this I will move clinics.

Diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder and right knee issues (but the staff there decides that my size, shape, and tattoos are are reason to profile instead of providing care and treatment). Dr. Runkle and his nurse accused me of missing appointments and refused to refill 1 of my prescriptions until I scheduled with him. I responded with an e:mail about my confusion and my lack of disapproval for attacking me and sending documentation proving so because the accusation was false.Fact and evidence: I was already scheduled to see him AND it was at the suggested 3 months out which is also clearly printed in the after visit notes. I immediately received a phone call from his nurse apologizing and said she crossed notes/files.....sure, which is why neither have this listed but we continue to profile. My next appointment is on the 2/14/2022. I have had to endure a lot at 46 and I will not allow you to bully me. I will continue to be patient there because I am taking notes and the truth does not need defending.

If you are looking for a good doctor don't bother going to Dr. Runkle he is often late to refilling important prescriptions, unprofessional and my last visit he was so rude I'm switching clinics completely. Receptionists are great and helpful with making sure my prescriptions get refilled when Dr. Runkle drops the ball which was often.

Nothing but problems with receptions, if you need a prescription there’s a slim chance it happens. Front desk hangs up on you, says one thing and does another. Wish I didn’t have this clinic as primary care. Stuck without a prescription that is needed over and over
