Tried to use car wash. There was no way to pay and I had to go into the store, very inconvenient! I then received terrible customer service. I was instructed that I had to pay inside and then pay a tax for the car wash! There was no sign on thecar wash monitor stating that I had to pay inside. Sub par for sure!

I was mortified when the car wash garage door opened up. I wanted to back up and get out of there but there was a car behind me. Immediate regret. The whole experience was terrible! This car wash is absolutely filthy and smells terrible until the tricolored foam wash/wax gets sprayed, then there is a little bit of relief. Thank GOD that it was touchless, I can only imagine the gunk build up there would be on the rubber scrubbing rollers. You could not pay me to use this car wash again. I only go to this BP because it's the only one around with 93 octane and I wanted to knock some salt off my car before more snow came but I would rather drive 10 more minutes down the road to a cleaner car wash. YUCK ?

I love this place, me and my mother been going their for years for our fishing tools, snack etc.The people there is very nice and friendly, they made you feel welcomed even on the bad days. But two Saturday ago we came and everything was different the surroundings was very cold. The man didn't let us get our fishing license free witch we get them every year free, we had proper documents. he was very rude. And the young man at register didn't want to take money out my hand not put money back in my hand. This was on 05/18/2018. But overall not going to stop going there due to that. GOD BLESS
