Always good, very helpful. Never had a problem with them but have not used them in a while

I have to agree with the review about being lied to over and over again. Also, I talked with over 10 different people, one person would say they got the information back from the doctor, the next time I called I would ask for that person. They would be at lunch, on the phone, ill. I finally called and fired them.
