“This is my usual grocery place. I'm here weekly or bi-weekly. It is well stocked, although it is a smaller Aldi, so it does have less choices than some of the larger Aldis (like the new one at 109th and Central) have. The workers are friendly, and the produce lasts. I save a lot of money and time shopping here...I'm so glad it's around. Also, the store is clean and well organized and the bathrooms are clean.”
“Great Aldi location. Great selection of groceries. Prices are Aldi prices which is great. Products are well organized and easy to read.
Products were all stocked and we didn't have issues finding what we needed.
There are self-checkout stations here, which is very convenient.”
“I relocated from the northwest metro and usually visit this location at least twice a week. The selection of items is good, the prices are very good and the checkout and customer service is excellent. Each employee that I have encountered has been wonderful, cordial and super quick on checking out my items. And when
I left my wallet on the bagging counter, one of the customers returned it and I avoided the dread of "lost wallet syndrome". I really enjoy shopping here and hopefully everyone feels the same as I do.”

“My first time at this store, as I shop at many Aldi. Crisp “wow” look when I walked in. Nice layout. I liked the decorations/signage. Wish they had Self Check out. But tho there was a building line, the cashier called for back up right away. The products I needed were in stock. Thank you!”
“Very good deal with the parking lot is always full and I actually was backed into no cameras in the parking lot so be careful where you park people don't know how to drive”
“It's fine. Decent selection of produce, meat, and dairy (especially cheese). Okay selection of dry goods. Some of the better deals are limited time so if you see something you like, get it. Don't forget to bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart.”

“For a very long time I have avoided shopping at Aldi because there's always people in there who are not aware of their surroundings and are constantly in the way of other people just trying to shop. I primarily only go there for Instacart orders that I've accepted and this particular location recently redid how their stores set up and I really liked the new setup a lot more than the way it was before. I'm actually pretty impressed with it. Still not crazy about the store itself but the new setup is nice.”

“Fatboy alert Code Red!!! Man your stations!!!! I was at Aldi's and bought something called shaved beef. I made the most amazing steak and cheese sandwich with this shaved beef. I would rank my steak and cheese higher than tono's.”

“Rarely has a grocery store gave me such elation. Granted I'm a huge fan of Asian grocers, but this one certainly seems like something special. Reasonable prices and certainly cheaper than the nearby Cub on some things. But any place that sells durian, alligator and stock pots the size of a small apartment gets 5 stars in my book.

One of the highlights of Dragon Star Supermarket is undoubtedly the hot food area. You can easily spend a significant amount of time browsing the aisles and discovering new products.
My family loves Dragon Star Supermarket! The diverse selection of international foods and spices is particularly appealing. It's also been a staple for us, especially because it makes it easier to find a variety of African staple foods for my grandma to enjoy.
It's also worth noting that, although I haven't personally experienced any issues, some friends of mine have mentioned the importance of checking the expiration dates on the spices they might be expired or covered with a different expiration date.
This is a good practice to follow in general, and Dragon Star Supermarket seems to provide a good selection of international products, including spices.”

“Has a deli inside and they hook it up on catfish bites and cheese curds. They have shrimp,chicken wings and it's all deep fried and grilled.They have thee most amazing Philly Cheese steak sandwiches.They cook such good foods there's usually wait lines. You can call the store and order ahead of time so you don't have to wait around.”
“My prescriptions were recently involved with the cyber attack on Cub pharmacy. I know the frustration on my part, and the employees of Cub pharmacy must have had it 10 fold. Today an employee, (I won't mention any names, but it was David) called me and left a personal voice mail, (not the pre recorded message) that my prescriptions were ready. Thank you!! These people care and I'm grateful for the great customer service.”
“This is a cute little market! They sold cheddar ramen when I was there about a year and a half ago maybe? But they sell pickles in pouches and Calypsos. The owner was nice to me that was cool”

“We stopped by Hy Vee today and decided to have lunch in their market place before we went grocery shopping. We decided to have hibachi today. I ordered the pork with rice noodles, veggies and terriyaki sauce. It was pretty good. They do have other places to choose from like pizza, chicken, burgers and another asian place. If you are in the area you may want to try this.”
