Before coming to Amanda with my weft hair extensions and blonde hair… I honestly had super bad anxiety going to hair salons and spending a lot of money on hair and the service to not receive what I had ask for.. so I would end up color and or bleaching my own hair and messing it up and just overall a mess.Amanda honestly does everything I ask and she makes time for me and stays later I could not ask for a better “hair therapist” while my hair is processing I get to shop in her boutique!”

I opted for the hard toe which was done on site and boots were ready when promised. “Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.”

This on December 3rd I purchased him a new pair for Christmas, they were delivered on the 8th, but taken before I got home!!! I was devistated...I am retired and on a fixed income. This was really gonna hurt. I wrote the company an email and explained my delimma. To my surprise they refunded my account and I was able to order him another. How impressive is that. The staff was so friendly and the appearance of the store was great.When I first walked in I was on the phone and the staff was respectful and gave me space to look around and once I was off the phone they made sure to still greet me.What they didn't know was that I had just had one of the toughest weeks, being there changed that. They even gave out flowers today since it was the grand opening. Overall, the store had a great vibe thanks to the friendliness of the employees. Selfishly, I am happy the store relocated because it’s closer to me than when it was in St. Paul.”
