“I want to leave this review to shed some light on by far the best employee your company has to offer. I had been struggling with issues related to my payments for my rent for a couple months and had a very hard time trying to get things figured out and resolved by several employees at this location and also with a few people at the corporate office. The day finally came when I walked into the spring lake park office to be greeted by HAYLEE BEHNKE. First off she was very happy, calm, friendly and an overall wonderful presence to be greeted by walking in the door. She was very patient with me as I explained to her with some frustration all of the things that I had been struggling with for the last few months with my rent. She proceeded to handle the situation EXTREMELY well and did everything she possibly could to accommodate me and the troubles I was having for the last few months and in very little time she got everything figured out for me and I walked out the door with a smile on my face! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being the BEST employee your company has to offer!!!”

“I was very impress this morning with the extra space storage facility. I liked how the store manager, Mia, made me feel welcome and wanted to do business with me and my daughter Cassandra. She has a great personality dealing with people and wants to make sure she answers all of our questions and understand how things work around there. The facility was clean and easy layout to get around when you need to store boxes. I like how you can go in your car inside the building and take care of things there instead of unloading outside. Mia is a team player which is something I take very seriously in dealing with. I'm”

“I booked The Move Crew for a 7:30 am move on October 2. They arrived promptly and got right to work. I was moving from a 3rd floor walk up, so lots of stairs, but Sam, Pete, and Josh had me out of my old apartment by 9 am. They were super efficient, courteous, and fast while still taking good care of my items. The new place is on the first floor, so no real steps, but it has some narrow doorways and odd angles. Not a problem for these guys. All in all my move took a little less than three hours which made it significantly lower in cost than I'd anticipated. This is my second time using The Move Crew and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.”
“Public storage reviewI want to say a million things about public storage but I can only write so much. If there was anything you guys could change to make this place a better place. It would be nothing at all. Such great workers or should I say I know at least one great worker. She has patience a great smile so very much so great customer service. Every time I call or just walk to pay my storage bill she’s always quick and very eager to make my day a better day. I like that about this location specially there’s never any mishaps. “We had a 40' container delivered for a long-term storage solution on a non-paved lot and couldn't have imagined a better setup - particularly given the wet weather in Wisconsin during the fall of 2023 - followed by the snow and intermittently freezing temperatures... it was beginning to look doubtful if the location would work this year. However, Kole and the team (including the dispatcher and driver) at Big Blue Boxes managed to find a window to get it done - and perfectly situated in a fairly difficult location! The container looks excellent, as well, with ample room for everything as planned. They did a spot-on job with the new container delivered as hoped for when it was purchased.We would very highly recommend the team at Big Blue Boxes for any storage solution and delivery needs and will look them up again in the future if the need arises. I think everyone involved was very happy with the results!”
“Excellent experience and clear and prompt communication. Storage is clean, easy to access and the staff is great. The only problem is getting access to a bathroom which is hard when you don’t have access to the office and get the key. Not sure how that can be fixed.”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”

“Great experience moving an antique baby grand piano with these guys. They're incredibly professional, friendly, and I had extreme peace of mind that my beloved family piano was safe in their hands. On top of all that, they found a solution to fix the pedal leg that had been disconnected about 30 years prior. They took extreme care to position the piano too since it was moved to a location with a hard wood floor. Would hire them again in a heartbeat to move anything!”
