“I rented at Stor for over a year and cannot say enough amazing things about the experience. This was my first time renting a storage unit and Stor has exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about keeping my things somewhere outside of my home because it was new to me, but I am so glad I picked this one. The move-in process was easy and simple, getting in and out of the building is secure and quick. Payment is easily processed through autopayments. The building has plenty of sturdy carts to utilize. Everything was very clean, dry, and completely climate controlled. When I moved out this week to relocate out of state, my items were in the same condition they were when I moved them in last summer. I barely had to sweep the unit, that’s how clean it was. Moving out was easy and hassle free. All the interactions I had with the staff were great from move-in, general questions, to move out. They responded quickly and knowledgably. I highly recommend this facility!”
“I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the spaces are. The climate control is also a thumbs up. I've had some terrible experiences with other storage companies and was hesitant to put anything in storage again but this is an easy 5 star company. The only thing that I would recommend is to have more than 3 carts available at the facility.”
“We had a great experience with Ace Moving! Manuel (Manny) Rodriguez led our move, including packing, loading, driving and unloading at our destination. He and his crew were professional, friendly and efficient. They were great to work with. Manny was very communicative and made sure everything went the way we wanted. He continued to check in throughout the times he was in our home and make sure things were running smoothly. He was able to fit some big furniture up very narrow steps -- we were very impressed! He was also just a joy to work with, bringing a positive energy to the moving experience. Brandon helped us by coming out to the house to provide an estimate, and we were really impressed with his work and communication. Sherry and Ashley helped with coordinating the logistics and making sure to be in touch before and throughout the move. All were great! Thank you so much for helping in our relocation!”

“Matt B, George, Damian, and Jesse were amazing. They took care of our furniture and our house. The cost was well worth it. They spent 7 hours moving incredibly heavy furniture and sometimes had to move it twice when we got the room wrong. These guys are great. I highly recommend!”

*I will mention, that I am not a fan of how Public Storage does their monthly rents. I will be done with my unit on November 2nd - but it doesn't matter as I will be charged for the whole month of November on the 1st, with no recourse to try and save another 75 dollars. So that was very disappointing - However, this has nothing to do with this location, just a stupus company thing. So be aware*”

Chris at the Golden Valley office took the initiative to reach out to me proactively—before I even contacted anyone—and made sure I understood the situation and had the support I needed.
He then worked quickly to troubleshoot options that best fit my specific needs and resolved the issue almost immediately. I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time—anywhere.
