“The place is clean. Staff are great. The hours of operation need to be modified. We just drove a half hour one way because it says they are open till 8 but the staff said they actually close the self clean at 7 but the shopping area closes at 8. Waste of a drive, time, and gas. Very frustrating.”
“Good selection of pets, supplies, and pet food. You can get everything you need here for your amphibian, reptile, insect, or small animal pet. Staff is very knowledgeable. Not a cheap store but worth it for most things.They have bulk substrate that is repackaged into smaller bags that is a fraction of the price of brand name substrate of the same package size.The line for feeder insects and frozen/live animals is long sometimes, but staff are quick to respond with multiple people working behind the counter to make sure everyone is served in a timely manner.”
“I have a very hard time clipping my dog's nails.However, she had no problem clipping the nails almost to the quick. Now it is so much better for the dog and me!”
“I purchased four Blue Acara Cichlids on my first visit. The guys working were friendly and knew what they were talking about. As others have stated, there are no refunds but I was told that they quarantine all of their fish before they are available for purchase. All four of mine look healthy after a month in the aquarium. I will definitely be back again.”

“Amazing. It can be hard to find a good aquatics shop in MN ESPECIALLY one that specializes in salt water aquariums. However thats exactly what you get with Reef Collective. They’re simply the best. All staff that Ive interacted with were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate plus the prices are also very reasonable for a local shop. Parking is super easy with a giant lot. ALSO I know the location seems random but trust me when I say it is not reflection the shop. Anyways I could not recommended them more!”

“I brought three dogs in one at a time to use their self-service wash. It hadn't occurred to me, but the store provides quite a bit of support for your "self" wash.
Soaps and shampoo were stocked, tethers and tie-up points were provided and functional, and every time I walked in with a different dog, someone brought me a basket of clean towels and a scrub brush.
We had an excellent time and will be back.”

“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”
“Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”

I am updating my post to say that I will no longer shop at this store. I just heard on the crime page that there were people oding in the bathroom. I was not allowed to use the bathroom as a paying customer. I had to go to Cub foods. But yet they let homeless people use the bathroom to do drugs in. I will shop at other locations but stay far away from this one. I hate not being able to support businesses in my city but if they allow homeless people to use the bathrooms for drugs why can't paying customers use them?”
“I like shopping at this Petco, the animals look very healthy and well taken care of. The fish are all alive in the tanks, and the employees there are very nice, knowledgeable and happy to help.”
“I go to this petsmart frequently. They always have some type of sale running, which does cause some of the items i purchase regularly to be out of stock by the time i get there. It's most common on dog treats.
I enjoy the number of selections there are at this store compared to other pet stores.
I do wish the registers weren't so close together. Sometimes, it can be difficult to exit with other customer carts being in the way.”
