Normally, they provide great service. However, the last time I went there, the tech with glasses was terribly rude and generally inept. He was in such a hurry to leave that he did not go through the normal checks they normally go through. You would be better served going to a more established business with trained staff. It pains me because I actually like one of the managers there.

Went to Perfect 10 yesterday for an oil change that took much longer than a "Quick Lube" should take, especially with 4 people working on it.
I knew my vehicle (2018 Jeep Compass) was full synthetic so anticipated a higher cost but I was SHOCKED when it was $208!! It would have been more had I not had a $19 coupon. Come to find out I was charged $99 for changing the CABIN AIR FILTER! The nice kid who offered to check the filter failed to disclose there was gonna be a charge whether I needed a new one or not. I know this because when I complained they said it was so high because of the labor put in. WTH? I could have done that myself for $16.99 and MUCH FASTER. Nice guys but highway robbery! In the end, they charged me $79.99 for the filter. ?

Went out to the garage to find oil sprinkled all over the floor and all over under the body of the vehicle. Found the leak at the location of the dip stick tube. Appears it was pulled from the engine block. Mechanic noted a leak in the notes. Will definitely not be back and will have to do my own oil change tomorrow to replace the dip stick seal and scrub the garage floor. It's an old car, but if you do make a mistake, I expect you to own up to it.

My oil wasn't changed, my tire air was off, no notice of low radiator fluid...oil was blk ..
I brought it to another place and they verified, oil wasn't changed...
So disappointed been going to p10 for years...

Eventhough I had been going here for over 10 years, I will never go back, nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there.
I brought in my wife's Audi Q7. It took them over an hour to attempt to change the oil. The drain plug has a must replace washer, they reused it. The Q7 drained oil all the way to duluth and then stranded my wife on the highway. The manager didn't care and was dismissive.

Never seem to put enough Amsoil in always have to come back and get more added. Vehicle doesn’t burn the oil
