Friendly and easy-going sales staff, not whatsoever pushy during the whole process. And they were quick to do a small follow-up repair, right after my purchase. I really liked the layout and feel of the lot and office as well.

I took a look at a vehicle here a few weeks ago. While the vehicle wasn't for us, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were very respectful and accommodating. Would be happy to purchase from them if the right vehicle ever came up.

I had bought a used BMW from Perfect 10 Auto over the summer and had nothing less than excellent customer service. They replaced burnt out blinkers free of charge at the time I bought the car from them. And the car has had no issues over the last several months of ownership. They do a great job servicing their vehicles.

I'm a single father with 2 kids on a tight budget and I've worked for sales for a small family owned dealership. I saw Perfect 10 Auto had a 4.7 rating at the time and wanted to give them a chance to earn my business to support the locals. An Audi A4 that had been on their lot for 4 months so I asked Ashley why it had been there so long. She said it was because of a ball joint that they had to wait to get fixed and that there were no issues otherwise. Sales process for the most part went smooth. We negotiated the price with ease and she addressed the registration fee that was $300 over what it should have been, and they also worked out a decent interest rate that didn't feel overly marked up. I did express to her that Warranty and GAP were very important to me multiple times before going in, because I needed a peace of mind that if anything were to happen that I wouldn't need to stress about it and she understood. However during the sign out process Ashley was not available and Kevin took over. I took the vehicle off the lot as they were closing. Immediately on the highway going to my friend's mom's memorial because she had just passed the day before the check engine light had came on. The next day I told Ashley and she asked if I had gotten extended Warranty and I told her no because it was never offered or included in the deal. She said to bring it in but I just didn't have time because of how busy my schedule was. However I noticed that after my first oil change every 600 miles my oil would run out. So I called again and told her. She then spoke to their mechanic and they replied saying that, that is a known issue with the Audis. However now after spending so much money on oil changes. 2 mechanics said that the reason is because the oil pan is leaking because the gasket needs to get changed. So I called and they said Ashley no longer works there and that they would not take care of the issue even after making well over $3000 on the deal. I would not mind if it were an issue that had been a natural effect off my daily driving and would not write a bad review. This is review is only written because the issue was there before I took the vehicle off the lot and they would not honor fixing it. Life is already stressful enough living off a small income. I've worked for multiple dealerships that had no issue fixing something that was there before a customer took delivery. I promise to delete this review and leave them alone if they just fix the one issue. I already have to live with the fact that I have to still pay off the loan if the vehicle gets totaled out because again I was never offered Warranty or Gap during the sign out process.Edit:I did not decline and did not try to swindle. I WAS NEVER OFFERED! I would not make up some B.S. just to bash a dealership.
