Besides doing a great job car-wise, the station takes the "good neighbor concept very seriously, by decorating, hosting a car show, and coming up 10/14 A Pumpkin Festival complete with free pumpkins, food, and face painting!! On Saturdays a most excellent Mexican food truck is in residence and they make an amazing steak quesadilla!!!”
“Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”

The service advisors are responsive, courteous, and knowledgable. There is always a cost for reliable miles driven down the road. I trust BLVD to help me along that journey with a vehicle. I don’t trade vehicles in after warranties are done. I drive vehicles long after warranties and therefore need a reliable mechanic partner in my transportation needs journey. “Had a headlight bulb burn out a day before a roadtrip. I saw this shop had great reviews and was really fast so I called. They got me in right after I called, fixed my light in less than 10 mins, and only charged me for the bulb since it was such a quick fix. This is definitely a shop I would trust for all future needs. They seem very honest and reliable!!!”
“I stopped to get air in a tire that was low. I asked if they could put the air in for me. I was advised there was probably a nail in my tire but I didn't have time to take care of it at that moment. They said if I come back after my appointment they would look at it which I did. Upon looking at it, there was a nail in the tire which they fixed promptly. When I asked what I owed, they said, "Nothing". That blew me away. I don't know who helped me that day, but I am so grateful.Since the tire issue, I've spoken to Matt, the owner. He's super nice and easy to talk to.This is also my Go To for gas. I always fill up here unless I'm out of town. They are so convenient to where I live and have lower gas prices than the other stations in town.”
“My coolant hose exploded mere blocks from the shop. I was so lucky. The guys were super nice and immediately took a look at my car. This was a Saturday morning. The hose was replaced first thing Monday morning at what I feel was a very reasonable price. As I waited for them to see what was wrong, it was clear this is a neighborhood hub, where the regulars are well known. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
“I stopped in here because my license plate was rusted on and I had struggled for a long time to remove it. The kindest guy helped me get it off so quick; he explained what had happened and gave a recommendation for the best way to fix the problem for the future — all free of charge. These are good people and would have a high level of trust bringing my car here in the future!”

“Came in to quickly check on availabilities of a few items that are not available at the Costco closest to us. I noticed the price much lower than I had paid on a large item recently. The customer service staff worked diligently to make sure that the difference in price was honored, involving 2 associates and a manager to make sure my experience went smoothly. It is an utterly odd experience to actually leave Costco with more money than one walked in with; nonetheless, I will assure there is ultimately diligent customer service and great attitudes even in this rare case! Great job Serenity(returns), Kevin(mgr.) and the other Returns associate whose name (I am sorry!) escapes me.Also, this seems to be a Hopping, high-volume, fun location!”

After calling and being told to bring the tire in the same day they were able to patch it up in just over an hour. Dylan was incredibly helpful - he kept me updated throughout the process, made sure my spare was secured in the meantime, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. “The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

“We stopped by Hy Vee today and decided to have lunch in their market place before we went grocery shopping. We decided to have hibachi today. I ordered the pork with rice noodles, veggies and terriyaki sauce. It was pretty good. They do have other places to choose from like pizza, chicken, burgers and another asian place. If you are in the area you may want to try this.”
