John and his team came out and found a cracked piped that a plumber had looked at. He cleared the wall while maintaining the original 1912 oak trim and made a minimally invasive hole to give the plumber clear access for replacement. He and his team were prompt, informative, polite, and laid out all my options clearly. I would definitely recommend his team for any clean up and restoration work. Thank you!

We woke up to a flooded basement from a pressure tank giving way in the middle of the night. We called Done Right and John was here in a very short amount of time. John and crew started working right away to get the big mess taken care of. John is very knowledgable when it comes to flooding etc. He calmed us down and reassured us it would be good again. Everyone working was very kind. Thank you for everything John, our Hero!

We recently had a toilet overflow which resulted in water pouring through our main level ceiling. John and his team were out same day, explained in detail the work that needed to be done & got right to work. I appreciate the company name because not only was the job done quickly & efficiently it was DONE RIGHT! The process was also hassle free working with John and our insurance company. We are very pleased & grateful we went with this company during this overwhelming, unexpected event. Keep up the great work!

Jon at Done Right Carpet & Restoration Inc. was amazing. We had a water leak under our kitchen sink and water damage to our tile flooring, cabinets and counters as well as water that leaked into our basement/crawl spaces. They took my call and came in within two hours of talking on the phone. They assessed the situation, gave us details and recommendations on proceeding to save as much as we could.
Jon and his team were friendly, detail oriented, respectful of our home, explained every step of the process, gave solid estimates and overall were great to work with. The company worked well with our insurance even before we called insurance. Done Right Carpet & Restoration Inc. made our unexpected situation much easier to work through especially with young children.
Their care and effort is evident in their honesty and work ethics.
Their team was neat and tidy in the removal of insulation and their equipment. Truly a great company with integrity driven individuals.
I would use Done Right Carpet & Restoration Inc. again and will recommend them to others as the need arises.

Within hours of taking to John his crew was at our door. He arrived after normal business hours to respond to our issue. Fortunately, we had minimal impact. But knowing that we are in the clear is very reassuring. John and his crew did a great job.

John came in within 30 min of the call. Worked for 3 hrs to get the water leak from tub overflow and set up fans and humidifiers for all 3 levels.
He worked hard and would work directly with my insurance to get paid

John and his crew are AMAZING!!! I got home from work today, walked in the door and immediately heard the worst sound a homeowner can hear - rushing water. Something on our water softener had burst and our entire
carpeted basement (5 rooms total) was covered in 2+ inches of water and rising.
After shutting off the water, I called my insurance company, who arranged for another company to call me for remediation. Well, that other company called me back right away - to tell me their crews were all busy and they'd call me tomorrow and let me know if anything opened up on the schedule. Obviously, this was unacceptable.
I got on Google and searched for other water damage remediation companies and found Done Right. I'm insanely glad that I did - their glowing reviews are all SPOT ON. John answered the phone immediately and was at my house with his team within an hour. He assessed the damages and got to work right away. After determining the extent of the damage, they made the call to pull up the carpet.
These guys moved literally hundreds of pounds of weightlifting equipment out, not to mention all the other crap I had piled up in the basement, just so they could get to the carpet and tear out the damage. As I write this, there's more fans and dehumidifiers than I can count running down there to dry it out. They also arranged for property management to come and take all the damaged property out to get inventoried.
I'm not exaggerating when I say these guys are easily the hardest working contractors I've ever had in my home. If you have water damage and need someone who will work hard and fast, full tilt until the job is done, call John and Done Right! You won't by disappointed.

Jon and his crew did a great job reducing remediating the water in our basement (sump pump stopped working). He went above and beyond answering our questions and taking lots of pictures which we’ll need for insurance purposes. I also appreciated that he was cost conscious due to our insurance coverage not being up to par. Thanks Jon!

Jon and his team were amazing! They came out as soon as their schedule allowed, assessed the situation, and took care of the problem, all within an hour. Very professional, very straight to the point, and extremely knowledgeable on moisture problems and how to remedy them. 5 stars is well deserved. Fingers crossed I never have to call them again, but if so, they have earned my business for sure!
