I would not recommend bringing your car to this shop they don’t have the knowledge to fix your car properly. They are not out for your best interests but instead how can I get this job done and over with. I brought my car to them because I had a check engine light on and told them that the code I got suggested that my intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced. They told me they had replaced that part and would look at it and if it was bad they would replace it. Instead they replaced two other parts that did not help. I brought it back to them again and they looked at it and still were not able to fix the problem. Then told me I would have to bring it somewhere else. So I bring it to another shop and I was told that yes my intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced. I also did have another issue with my intake manifold but if they would have spent the time they could have fixed it. This shop was a good shop back in the day when Ken and Richard ran it because they cared about the customer. That is not the case anymore they just care about the bottom line. I know I will not be going back there and want to warn other people. You definitely lost a customer. If you need work done check out A&C Automotive they run a shop that cares about their customers.

I came here for an oil change awhile back. I made an appointment through CarAdvise since i do instacart, which gives me 75% off the already discounted CarAdvise price. I left my car there while my family went out to eat, and went to pick it up supposedly 40 min before they closed (according to google.). i ended up having to wait til the next day because they closed actually an hour before google said they do. Not only that, but very shortly after that "oil change" was done, my car started making a loud noise, so i brought it into a different shop(one that we've found extremely honest and trustworthy) to look it over. we told them to just ccheck the whole car out to see if anything and everything that might be wrong with it. this wasnt even a week after the alleged oil change, and i work a full time job during the week so hadnt really done any instacarts or any long distance driving. anyways they came back and said that there was no way my oil had been changed recently. they said it was super low and very old oil, and that the oil was also FULL of metal shavings. They just told me they changed it when in all actuality they probably didnt even look at it. Ridiculous.

The place is an absolute joke, I got there after ordering tires from Amazon, I actually arrived earlier than my appointment time, I was getting ready to pay when all of sudden they decided to tell me I had to pay an extra $30+ for a rubber garment to be replaced. I then asked where this was stated that there was going to be extra charges. The manager then said he’s not responsible for what Amazon states or doesn’t state. So I said “This is what mechanics do, they try to up-charge for things that aren’t necessary.” He then said “If you’re going to insult me, you can just take your tires and leave.” So I asked “How am I insulting you?” He said “You said mechanics and I’m a mechanic.” So I said “this is how it’s going to be, you’re not going to try to help me out on this charge that wasn’t stated when I bought the tires?” He said “I have a job to do, so you can take the tires and go somewhere else if you want.” So I took my tires and will take my business elsewhere. I was already planning on paying $50 for the install but he was trying to force me to pay for something I know I don’t need + additional labor when he’s already installing the tires! Spare yourself the headache and avoid this place!!

Very fast, friendly service! I had a slow leak tire problem fixed in under half an hour. This will be my go-to for tire rotation and new tires in the future!

Fast and reasonably priced service. Really helped when I was in a pinch. Had a flat tire. He was able to fit me in and tell me if I needed a new one or if we just needed a patch. Turned out I just needed a patch. In and out in no time!
