“TED was a great help to me after my debit card got skimmed. He placed a call to a secret number and spoke phrases I didn't comprehend. But he solved my issues. I got a new debit card. It was from a scam from facebook marketplace. I took out an ad, sold a car, and they needed an account to pull the fee. Some six months ago. Then, little unnoticeable charges. I don't know who he called but the guy or gal on the other end were looking at all my transactions. This skimming and ID theft is rampant. No, It couldn't happen to me I'm special - so VERY special. Not so BOZO. It's not the banks fault. I'm going to cash transactions. That way, who can I blame for reckless WEB spending? That's going to suck. Just to mention - the other branch I went to first was backed up and I vented to an innocent gal. I suffered terrible compunctions of regret. Because she didn't resist my proud and evil look. I was able to calm down and brought a book while waiting. With all this fraud going on, I don't think I could work with ignorant customers who know it's their fault but blame the bank.”

“I needed a document notarized, the banker that I spoke to was very qualified and knew exactly which hoops had to be jumped through! It may have taken ME two tries but HE accomplished it. I can't recommend this bank more highly. (the only reason I didn't give it five stars is it a popular spot and you have to wait a while.). I had no idea you could make an appointment with a banker, I have and I will see him in a couple of days, I may have to update my star rating after the appointment...”
