Auto Glass Professionals recently replaced my windshield. Staff was super friendly and quick to get me scheduled. It was forecast to rain so we opted to complete at their shop. It was super clean and the glass looks perfect. I highly recommend anyone looking for auto glass!

The windshield they put on my vehicle has a distortion due to them "buffing out a scratch in the windshield to still use it." I would not recommend using a company with the chance they are going to give you a bad windshield causing you more work in the long run to keep getting it replaced.
Customer service states "its not their reps jobs to notice these distortions as they don't sit and look over the glass prior install"
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Had them replace our ford explorer windshield and kept having problems with the glass cracking day after install and they took care of us every time after 3 times of it happening. friendly/ fast service

Had a call with Kathelyn during scheduling; she was so helpful who understood the problem of customer. She is example of customer care representative. I was able to get replacement with OEM part with in 24 hours of mycall. They are super fast ?.Keep the great work and make customershappy !

I found a crack in my windshield. My insurance company sent me to them. They changed my windshield the next day. It was done in the amount of time they said it' would take. Fast, friendly and professional services.

This is place is great, they are are fast and professional. I had my windshield replaced less than 48 hours after I reached out to them. They were great about working with my insurance. Even the chairs in the waiting area were comfortable.

Had issues with Safelite and immediately was taken care of by AGP. They assisted with transferring my insurance claim to a new company and had an appointment that was convenient and within a 48 hour period. Will never recommend anyone else for glass replacement. I highly recommend this company. The installer came right out as promised installed the glass and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I will not be going anywhere else but this amazing place. The Eden Prairie location calibrated my mirror and the young man was polite and respectable.
