My alternator went out on the way home. I live 3 hours away in Wisconsin… so I was in a very bad situation. I’m so blessed that I found this shop!The mechanics there are so kind,knowledgeable and stayed up all night just so I can make it home the same night. Such an awesome family business !

Our car was towed here on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. On the phone, we were told we weren't going to be able to have it repaired until Tuesday at the earliest. When our driver dropped it off, the gentleman there said he would call us if he had time to look at it. Sunday morning, he called and said what the problem was and the cost to repair, which sounded very reasonable to us. He was going to see if he could get parts that day, and if he could get parts, do the repair as well. We had our car back by 6:00 p.m. Sunday on a holiday weekend. This place went above and beyond to help us at a reasonable price, and we will be home in time for our kids' 1st day of school because of their kindness. We couldn't recommend them more!

I called American Eagle on a Friday afternoon and they got me in within an hour for a bad ABS speed sensor. The sensor isn't cheap, so I respect and appreciate their recommendation to wait a few days and order it online if I could. I needed the repair done sooner so I gave the go ahead for local store pricing. They had my truck fixed within an hour and their charge was very fair! I try to do as much repair/maintenance as I can on my own, but when I can't I will certainly look to American Eagle for help--Thank You!!Service: Auto brake repair

They serviced my Infiniti G35 sedan day before the holidays when i my usual places couldnt get me until well after the holiday. I had to get my radiator replaced after explaining i needed it fixed to goto work with a long commute he said bring it in. They got it replaced in a day and they did right and i was pleasantly surprised with price. I researched the price with the part and labor with me saying " just get it done and i will pay whatever " they came just under the going rate. It will be my first call for now on
