Had some service done on an Impreza. Got a good impression from the work, the facility and the staff. Service advisor Skylynn was really helpful and video explanation of car inspection by the technician was awesome. If you come here, don't forget to check for coupons, both online and with service, it will save you money.

Royie was stellar helping me find my new ride- granted I was pretty easy to sell on a new car out of necessity. That being said, he worked with my dad to work out a fair deal and didn’t pressure me into spending any extra money, but educated me fully on what was available. Overall I live my crosstrek and feel safe and stoked in my new car!

We had a pretty major problem come up with our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. The dealership was exceedingly helpful and proactive and resolved the issue quickly. Great staff and a great product!

Don't beleive there so call checklist. I have done nothign but get the service updated on the car and my tailgate still isn's working. Something they were supposed to fix two weeks before I purchased the car. Go anywhere but here, overpriced cars and the worst customer service.

Awesome customer service! Phillip M. was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and personable to talk to. This goes for all the other staff we encountered during our visit as well. At no time did we feel pressured or overwhelmed. Walser Subaru’s buying process was very smooth and easy going. The environment there was very welcoming and relaxed. I bought a new car here and was very, very happy, not just with the price but with the outstanding level of service I received. Every employee I came into contact with was unfailingly helpful and courteous. My sales rep (Royie Bar-Lev) was very patient and answered all my questions about the vehicles I was considering. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
