“This is a wonderful space! I got so many compliments and comments on this venue. We hosted a baby shower for 30 people and did our own catering. Stacy gave me so many helpful tips on set up and there is a rolling table that was perfect for a beverage station. We loved not having to share bathrooms and the spacious kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We did bring in a roaster oven for hot food and there are plenty of outlets. The couches were comfortable and tables so nice we didn’t need to cover them. Having a parking lot on site was also a big plus. I would love to use The Meeting Point again in the future.”
“We held our wedding reception at North Garden in October of 2023. Ryan and Tina could not have been more gracious and helpful in executing our perfect day. We had an unexpected issue with one of our vendors as the reception began; Ryan, Tina and their staff jumped right in to help us problem solve a solution, which we could not have been more grateful for. The space is a perfect size for all types of events, and Ryan's prior stage management experience is invaluable in helping to create the perfect internal atmosphere for whatever the space is being used for. We cannot recommend North Garden Theatre enough, and wish we could give more than a 5 star rating!”

“I highly recommend magnolia blossom cruises for your wedding venue! We got married on 8/26, and it was an absolute dream! Everyone that attended our party wished it never ended! They accommodated us more than we could have ever asked for! We forgot our boquets in the car, and the staff made me a make shift one on the fly so I would have one! They have music throughout the boat and accommodations to make sure your phone is hooked up. The staff made sure everything was taken care of, and I didn't need to worry about a thing!! The food was delicious - the sandwiches were an absolute hit at the after party, and so many compliments! I wish I could get married again just to experience the boat again. Also, captain Dan was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He communication so well!!”
“413 on Wacouta is such an amazing venue and it was perfect for our wedding! The building has so much character we really didn’t need to do a ton of extra decorating and just let the spaces shine. It has a very Beauty and the Beast, speakeasy vibe which made for a beautiful and romantic setting. We had a little over 100 people which I felt fit the space well. Victoria is so much fun and was really wonderful to work with also! She sent photos and videos she had taken throughout the day and was such an asset in ensuring our day was special and ran smoothly. 10/10 I highly recommend if you are looking for an intimate, romantic downtown setting with a ton of charm!”

So convenient with space for everything you need, getting ready on site, separate space for cocktail hour, beautiful ballroom with stage, and private patio.The staff at the St. Paul College Club were nothing short of fantastic. They were helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Can't wait to be back!”
“CHS Field is a phenomenal ballpark that really sets a high standard for minor league baseball fields and city owned facilities. Although an intimate stadium with regard to seat numbers, this stadium is very clean, family friendly, with great fan engagement, and no bad views of the field. This stadium has an amazing team store, food selections, and a baseball museum located within the stadium as well. I would highly recommend it for anyone to try and catch a St. Paul Saints game here for a classic and enjoyable day at the ballpark.”

“My husband, his parents, and I went on the 45 minute $10 cash ($11 card) tour. There are extended gang history tours which might be around $50 a person though you should book about a week in advance since they sell out. They also have ghost tours during different months, I can't remember any other than during the end of October. I believe they also do have a restaurant/bar and swing dancing on Thursdays.
It was nice to see the caves, much more interesting to hear about the history, and the presentation was very entertaining.
Our tour guide, Edward, who is also one of the Directors, really made the experience for me. He was funny and charismatic the whole time, very very knowledgeable, great group work.
Worth it, I think everyone who stops by this city should make the Wabasa tours and activities a must.”

“What a holiday happy treat for Roseville Rotary! Forgot to take photos of the generous buffet with ham, beef bites in what tasted like bourbon sauce, salmon with cream sauce, asparagus, broiled reds, etc. and homemade cookies for dessert! Entertainment by the Swedish Institute Mens' Chorus was so fun, many songs in Swedish. Always love a night at Pool and Yacht!”

“How do you review something so timeless. As a little one I came here frequently with my family and I would get so excited I would make myself sick! (Or so they say, I probably have issues with crowds or something). Anyway, I started volunteering in the vet med area in 2023 and I am so glad to be back - I actually kind of preferred walking around by myself! I am glad they've been getting more vegan options. I was there in 2019 to see Brandi Carlile and that was my first time Grand Standing it. Always so much to do and so little time!”

“Chill place, great food, cheap PBR. I go for chess on Tuesday evenings. Sometimes they host swing dance lessons while we are there.
Parking: Parking lot is shared with a city park and softball/baseball field, so during games the parking may be scarce.
Wheelchair accessibility: No power doors but there is curb access. Plenty of friendly helpful folks around!”
“We just had our wedding and reception at the St Paul athletic club and it turned out amazing!!! Sami our event coordinator knocked it out of the park and was great to work with! Everyone raved about how great the food and service was. We had a great time and the space is gorgeous!!”
