I recently purchased two night stands and discovered a minor defect in one. The customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to help make sure I received a replacement nightstand. Definitely recommend them!

Royal Star is great. This "outlet"of theirs has a lot more stuff than you'd think! Out of over half a dozen different items and sets of items I've gotten at Royal Star over many years, I've been unsatisfied with the quality only one time (a set of kitchen chairs that lasted only seven years due to the cushion/seat design). My family has always been satisfied with their purchases at the store. Their prices are very good. Royal Star's everyday prices are what other places charge when they have sales! Royal Star's staff is friendly.
