Absolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.

Al is a class act. I've gone to him for numerous quotes and he's always had fair pricing or provided places where the work could be done if he was unable. Recently, he took time to answer my questions on a project I had been doing on my own. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond for me despite not being a customer. Incredibly helpful, a wealth of information, and did all of this free of charge despite me offering multiple times to compensate him for his time. Overall wonderful and honest business, for my more complicated projects I will not hesitate to return.

Hey! I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Nips Auto for the amazing work they did on my car. They seriously saved my life and got my car running like it's 5 years younger! I can't even express how grateful I am for their expertise and dedication to their craft. If you're looking for a trustworthy business to take care of your car, I highly recommend Nips. I couldn't get my 4x4 to work on my silverado and they figured it out that it was only a actuator switch up on my axel that was a $48.50 part and labor was at a affordable fair price, most other garage would have told me I needed a rebuilt and charge me up the Ying yang, I will keep Nipp in my mind next time I need to have service again, thank u Nipp's for ur honesty and integrityService: Electrical
