On June 11th I purchased 13 gallons of 91 octane non oxygen gas from kwik trip in so. st. paul. Gas was for my lawn tractor, a utility vehicle and a old tractor. Each got the 91 octane. After a few days the lawn tractor would not start, the Utility won't stay running and the old tractors fuel system leaks everywhere. Now I don't like to point fingers but it seems very strange that all 3 are having gas related issues. Are they selling E85 in place of the 91 octane or a mix up at the time of delivery? Regardless not shopping there anymore. Thanks for all the extra work kwik trip.

A very nice clean place , staff is friendly and you can get fresh groceries here for cheap prices. Not many parking spots but if you get here early would be good or you can park on exit highway ramps ,police don't enforce parking law for ramps in Minnesota.

I went in to do some scratch offs, have a beverage & a snack while I did my scratch-offs. Kwik Trip makes all of the food that isn’t pre-packaged w/a non-Kwik Trip label. And if you aren’t sure, just ask them. They take a lot of pride in their food. Almost, if not all their food (I’m not sure if the milk and ice cream are made & packaged on site) is made fresh, on-site in their in-house kitchen. Over time I’ve had their pronto pup, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, slice of pizza, sushi, spring rolls, hot dog and chocolate covered long john with crème filling (it’s more like a whipped frosting than pudding). And honestly, everything was fresh, the hot foods were hot, not warm, hot. The cold foods weren’t almost cool, they were cold. And, I can’t tell you which item(s) were better than the others. They were all flavorful, again the right temperature, fresh, like it was just made & reasonably priced. I would choose their food any day over any fast food & many restaurants. And if they’re out of something, they will gladly go make more. I often use salt but surprisingly not on any of their food. Not because it’s already too salty but because it’s so flavorful,, I want to taste the flavor not salt. Regarding their customer service - all the stores I’ve gone to throughout the Twin Cities I’ve only seen and experienced outstanding! Kwik Trip did not pay me to say what I said. And I don’t kid around when it comes to customer service or food.

Worst customer service I have experienced at a Kwik Trip in my life. 5-22-24
Paid for my diesel and got attitude from the worker.. 8 diesel pumps with nobody at the diesel check out, was told I had to wait in line with all the other customers which is never the case anywhere else.
Got my fountain soda and it was warm and when I brought that to another attendant attention they looked at me like it's supposed to be warm coming out of the machine.. terrible service

I've never been to such a friendly gas station!
I don't usually give ratings but I felt it was necessary for this location.
Everyone was up beat, friendly and helpful.
Best service in a long time!

Air pump is "not working" as soon as the temperature drops. Hope you like listening to door bell alarms every time you open a fridge. Almost always has ice, more reliable ice store that sells gas and occasionally more than microwave sandwiches. Store is constantly robbed so they never have what you need. Lights at the pump where out for almost a month. Rewards don't stack up as much as they used to, used to be able to just stop in one time before work and by the end of the second week I'd have 10 cents off a gallon now I barely see the 5 cents after a month.
