I have been to countless different piercing shops in the Twin Cities and NYC. This was the first shop where the piercer was very thorough on aftercare. I also appreciated that Liz was fast but informational with the piercing, as I have had some piercers that prolong the process. I originally purchased my ring there so the service was free. Plus, they gave my wife and I free silicone rings to wear while ours were in the shop. Super nice staff, super easy process and we got the ring back in a week.Then just this week, one of our daughters put on a ring that was too small and her finger started to swell. “This was hands down the BEST customer service I have received in my life!! I was going to another store, but the name caught my eye and I chose her shop instead. The owner was very kind, warm, welcoming and she was very helpful, she even offered me hot cocoa. I got a great deal on the three wigs I purchased, PLUS she gave me quite a few free items, and I lost it, lol. I got glue, lashes, bands, straps, lipstick, the list goes on. I loved the environment, and I felt like a person and not like she was spying on me, like in other shops some think I was there to steal. I can keep going but I have to stop. He was so kind, professional, listen to my ideas, recommended a Euro band which I have loved. They quickly analyzed what I brought in and cut me a check within a few minutes. They also mentioned that they sell metals. Although I have never bought from them, I would imagine the prices are fair.”
