Whenever I go into the Eagan office to see Michael it's as if I'm walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name. If you want top drawer service, ask for Michael.The new website upgrade related to their digital banking is a nice improvement with easy to read and find summary details on all of our accounts and with just a click the ability to drill down into the details. I've been with Wings for close to 10 years I think and they are sooooo much better than Wells Fargo where every time I went in, and it was often because they were my business banking institution, there was a complete bevy of new faces behind the counter because the turnover was so high.”

“I've been banking here since I was a teenager, and I have zero regrets. The staff is super helpful, the rates are better than you get at commercial banks, and their fee structure is relatively lenient, in case you, say, accidentally forget to transfer money from savings to checking for a big purchase. They're not always at the forefront of online services, but everything else about them makes it worth it to be a little patient.”
