My husband and I have been looking for a truck (we own a business interior renovations and painting/drywall repairs) and needed a truck. Eddie and Juan and Salvador were phenomenal at helping us finance and really worked with us. They were all very patient, kind, and took us through the steps and the process. Purchased yesterday and paid cash and van broke down today! Now have to get towed and driving home made sounds in engine area.
Not from the city should have checked reviews before but lessoned learned hard way.
Read reviews and pick your choice of hard and spare the chance go with a company that wants you to return and put in effort of making business honest and fair and dependable because I do not believe this company is these things.

I acquired a vehicle to work on a van, after 2 months it started failing
Which the warranty did not want to be responsible for
And after 8 months the engine started to fail, we realized that they sold us a car with the wrong engine.
Which they never wanted to get expensive
Simply, Juan the Owner says I wash my hands.

I would not recommend this place spent $16,500 on a Cadillac Escalade and 3 weeks later I'm sinking thousands more into it to fix everything that was covered up

This place is a scam they offered me 17000 on trade for my truck and they run my credit before offerin me 17000.I went to certificated dealer and I sold for 23000 .I see that other people that buy a car there complain about their car not working after couple days ..

Salesmen didnt really know what he was talking about when asked questions and was rude and unwilling to negotiate even after problems were pointed out on vehicle. He even answered the phone in the middle of talking to us, many times. And walked away because it was hot out. Wouldn't recommend. Not sure how they have any good reviews.

Do not buy from this place. Juan was a total a$$hole when we offered a lower price. Then after offering the lower price he was very rude walk away from us. He didn't know anything about vehicles

Sales were nice enough.However, buyer beware. I did a inspection after buying the car (silly on me) and found a few stored codes that need to be addressed. I also found that the A/C does not work. Bought it in winter so didn't think to make sure the condenser fan was working.

Terrible place. I called for an appointment at 6pm to look at a vehicle with my wife. I show up to look at this vehicle. Guy says, waiving paperwork in my face "I just sold it about 10 minutes ago"Can not recommend. Bad business practices and I really feel like it was a racist thing because I'm white.
