They sold me a 22$ vape that was leaking and does not work, when i went back to exchange it they said "we don't do exchanges with those because we have many of them coming back", then why are you stealing peoples money selling broken products?

i have always been a loyal customer because we r a small town and they arent a big business so anyone i drive to town i bring there anytime i need things i see if they have it first... today I needed a little help and the owner has always been helpful and charges to the community so i asked the employee if he cld ask the owner if i cld charge tobacco until fri as we have in the past and ive always paid.. For some reason he didnt want to try so I asked howcome his response was because im sick of all of you very rudely.. I nicely told him I dont understand Y your being rude like this us customers who are loyal and steady come here were whats keeping the store open thru this pandemic... His response was to kick me out.. I never was rude didnt raise my voice there was no reason for his behavior... so It seems my being a loyal customer was very undeserved and I will not b returning again we have plenty of other businesses in town that appreciate us a customers

3 months ago, I had to post a 1 star review. Since then, the particular employee no longer worked there and I had no issues. The manager Shari made it up in a big way. Props and keep up the good work!

It's a subway pretty much not to much to really expand on. Not my favorite of the sub places but I do like picking what I want on my sandwich instead of ordering off a menu and having to switch or remove over half of whats on there. (Firehouse, schlotzsky's, etc.) Got a free cookie for the kiddo with my combo meal today. The big upside to this one vs other ones I've been to in the area or on my trips to visit family is they actually have cheddar cheese slices instead of just shredded cheddar & insert what ever white cheese in the mix. As well every other subway in the area when I say easy reg. yellow Mustard they put a ton of Dijon & then try to just scrape it off when I tell them that's not regular mustard that's Dijon & get a dumb look from the employee when I ask them to remake it or just to forget it. Here they knew what I was talking about & even did better on what I call easy vs. Just squirting a ton on there anyway.
