“My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!”

“After having numerous issues with our old pharmacy over the years, we switched to Cub Pharmacy at the recommendation of a doctor who said her patients have had good experiences with Cub. We've been very happy with the switch. Lines are usually short (and often there's no line at all) and their customer service is very good. Their website for managing refills could be better (the whole Cub website is a bit clunky, for that matter), but I'll gladly take short wait times and good customer service over website functionality.”

I’m always offered to speak with the pharmacist for any questions, and it doesn’t take them long to come over.They have given me discounts with manufacturer coupons they have.I appreciate that after a certain number of filled prescriptions, they give you a $5 Target coupon which I always use that day.Bonus that there is the grocery area too when there is always something we need.”

“Nobody likes to have to go to the pharmacy but this is the best option in the area. The Walgreens nearby is always a disaster in comparison. This CVS usually has enough staff to make the sometimes long lines go quickly and they are generally friendly and provide prompt service. My only complaint is that I wish they would figure out a better solution than having the pickup line snake through an aisle of the store, which can make that aisle difficult to both shop and wait in.”

“I was tired of horrible service from a competing Pharmacy so I decided to give CVS a try. CVS has been wonderful. They are quick, patient with my questions, researched best pricing options for me, made suggestions. I rarely need to wait in line and if there is a line it moves quickly. There is plenty of staff and they are very friendly. If dropping of a prescription to be filled while I waited, the wait time has been within 10 minutes. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy and am beyond happy I gave them a try.”

“I love the pharmacists, especially the main guy . However, there is one cashier at the store entrance who is rude, abrupt, and actually pushes the buttons on the check-out screen for the customers if they aren't fast enough. One time I wanted to use my card for a debit, and she reached over and pressed "credit" for me before I had a chance to make my choice. I cringe when I walk in the store and she is working.”

“I called this pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter medicine that I needed. the gentleman who answered the phone checked and found that they had one left. I said I'd be in when I could to get it. He suggested that they store it by the register. I came to get it about an hour later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The medicine was waiting for me and I was able to pay for it and leave right away. I really appreciated the extra effort so I wasted no time looking for it. Ii'll be back.”

“Pharmacy review-I tried calling to see if my prescription was ready and the voicemail said the pharmacy was closed even though their hours online stated otherwise. I assumed my prescription was not ready then so I figured it would be the next day. I went in the next afternoon and it still wasn't ready and was told to take a seat. Within a minute they had it filled! The tech said that due to staff shortages they had to close early the day before and were closing again tonight. So I'd you're needing your prescription ASAP hopefully they can fill it right away when you arrive.”
