If there was a negative star I would give it. My wife and I were rudely passed up and after the teller acknowledged we were next, shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to take the other customer after us. If I had a chip on my shoulder I would wonder why we were passed up for opening a new account - because we are Hispanic, non white or lesbian??? I'm taking my funds elsewhere. After calling back to speak to someone a guy named Mike D. answered and was extremely disrespectful, yelled at us and hung up on us instead of trying to rectify the situation. Mortified if this is what they call customer service!
