I cannot express enough gratitude for Jason Reed and all he has done for our family. We first met Jason during a challenging time - dealing with a real estate issue amidst the sudden passing of my father. Jason stepped in personally, helping us secure one of dad's investment properties that had been damaged by fire and navigate the complex legal aspects of that sale which was entangled in a trust, all while we were scattered across different states.What stood out was his empathy during our time of grief. He understood that our focus was on preparing for our father's memorial service, not the real estate transaction. He even shared touching stories about our father that we incorporated into the memorial service.Currently, Jason is helping us sell our childhood home, filled with over 50 years of memories. He spent three days helping us clear out the basement and garage, filling three truckloads for recycling and disposal. This level of personal involvement is beyond anything we've experienced with other real estate agents.Jason's sincerity and quality of care have been a blessing to our family. Jason Reed was so helpful with the whole process of getting our duplex sold. He had prompt answers to any questions and helped iron out any bumps along the way.He was very accommodating, driving out here in the woods to us to explainpaperwork and getting our signing done. I have to say I’m impressed with this company there was an over looked water bill from a couple duplex’s I purchased with the assistance of the duplex doctors that didn’t get caught for 2 and a half months after closing and they went to bat for me and got the bill covered by the tittle company thank so much for the help that issue guys you showed you care AAA+++

Brad really came through helping us sell our rental property. We live out of town, so we were initially a little apprehensive it was going to take an extra effort on our part, but not the case. Brad turn-keyed the entire process. Six weeks from listing agreement to final settlement and closing! The communications were great, quick to answer and follow up on our questions and concerns. He understood the market, advised us on what we needed to do to prep the property, he built a wonderful listing complete with 3D tour, and organized the showings working with our tenant. We received multiple solid offers. He advised us when reviewing the offers and worked closely with the buyer's realtor and the title company. All in all, we are glad Brad gave us the confidence to go through the selling process. It was our pleasure.

Jason was great to work with for the sale of my 4-unit apartment house. His advice throughout the sale process (from setting the listing price, to advising on offers) was very helpful and helped me acheive a sale price about 10% above what I had expected. Jason also has a good support team, including Kent, who was a pleasure to work with as well, and a skilled photographer who did a fine job taking photos for the listing.
