I had regretted going to this place when I found them for my insurance claim back in 2022, the customer service was horrible, they had my truck for mouths and took days to return my calls giving me excuse after excuse, costing me so much money for a rental car due to my insurance only covering rentals for 30 days. They would not help me with a rental continuing to tell me they was short stuff, which I get cause it was Covid then but still no excuse to have someone vehicle for months I believe they had my truck for 3 months, a truck I paid a monthly car note on and couldn’t even drive on top of paying out of pocket for a rental was a nightmare. I had to report to them this month for some work they done and they was excellent, Tim or Tom excuse me if I’m saying his name wrong. He returned my calls right away and their team got the job done timely and efficiently. They also have condiments while u wait. Nice comfortable waiting area, drinks ( pops, coffee and waters they even had purified and spring water to choose from which made my day cause I like spring), they even have a private room if you need to work while waiting. Not a fan of the front desk lady. I told her have a great day as I was leaving and she didn’t say nothing back to me.

There is a reason this company has as high of a rating as they do; they are experts in their line of work, and their customer service is fantastic!
Look at my before and after pictures, it’s very clear that they not only care about the work they do, but are experts in their craft. I highly recommend Schoonover Bodyworks & Autocare!

Our truck was cleaner on the inside than when it was new when I picked it up. the repair was as good as new and the communication with Steven was great.
Update
once again, we needed to use Schoonover's and I am again 100% satisfied. Steven and Nikki are extremely helpful and make you feel like you've known them for a long time. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. When you get your car back it looks like new again. There is no reason to take your car anywhere else.

Schoonover was able to quickly get me in for some tire trouble I was having. The shop was very clean, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. They also alerted me to an issue with my tires that was likely going to be a problem in the future which I am grateful for. I have a bit of time to save and replace as opposed to waiting for an emergency to happen. 10/10 highly recommend.
