We had an appointment to close on a house at noon, at 7 min after they finally came, then we waited and waited as of 1:25 we had not seen anyone. Wish us luck - we hope to leave this place someday. On the plus side Covid does not exist in this office, they don’t wear masks or sanitize a shared desk so we have a glimmer of hope.

My experience with Gerrie was top notch! I've used others in the past but none compare to Gerrie. She is very knowledgeable and cares about servicing her client. I was always informed every step of the way and was explained in detail the process. I would highly recommend Gerrie to anyone looking for a mortgage! 10+ rating in my opionion, hands down the best in the industry.

Lanette MacIntosh helped us secure our dream home from a thousand miles away! Lanette worked tirelessly with us on marathon home showings until we found the right house for us.
