Convenient location and friendly staff, however, their drying mechanism, which uses spinning rags to dry the windshield, always leaves greasy streaks all over the windshield which require me to re-clean it when I get home. Maybe they need to wash the spinning rags more frequently. They used to hand dry the windshield (before covid).

We tried a membership for the winter months. This a very close and convenient location but it would not be worth taking my vehicle even if it was free. The interior cleaning is always worse than if I had my teenagers clean it on their surliest days. Pay extra for third row mats and they skip them. They never wipe or clean anything in the back row of seats. I once watched one guy doing the exterior of the car while another one talked on the phone with a rag in his hand, periodically pretending to wipe a surface. Of course the car looked virtually untouched inside. The solution was for a supervisor to have me bring the car back to phone guy for a “better job” while he watched to make sure he did it. I understand from an employer where you can’t let the bad employee off the hook and shift his work to others but clearly this guy didn’t care and it showed even with the second cleaning that was supervised. If I opted for an exterior only clean I left with a dripping wet vehicle because they only dry it if you pay for interior. The cost of an exterior clean should absolutely include drying. You will see people stopping when they leave to dry their own cars. It costs too much money for me to hand dry my own car. I get a better experience in the auto wash at the gas station. I do not understand this business model at all. I think convenience and lack of competition is the only thing keeping it alive. Oh and the employees at the entrance are usually polite. I really wish it was better because it’s much closer than anywhere else but I’m done giving them my money.

They have a subscription service that is great value and convenience. It helps to motivate you to keep your car clean (need to get your money's worth)! Check with them on their options of each subscription - it's not too expensive!

I have a horrible experienced at your car wash, one of my windows in my topper got bended,and I have told that it was my fault, because it wasn't secure and you won't take care it .I will tell all the people that I know about you, so they don't go to your place!

Horrible! The workers were rude and did not seem to care about what they were doing. I paid $50 for an interior and exterior wash. The place was empty. Four people were working on the interior. They maybe spent 3-4 minutes total. Nothing was clean and the carpets were all still full of debris and dog hair. This is not the first time either. I will never go back.

Honestly, adequate car wash but the interior was not cleaned sufficiently at all. We went because I injured myself and couldn't vacuum my car myself like normal, just got back from a beach vacation and needed the sand removed. We asked about it prior and they confirmed they could do this so we paid for Platinum. $48 plus $20 tip that we handed the guy to hit a couple extra spots for me. They barely managed to vacuum the floor mat and dashboard. Waste of $55. (the wash was OK for $13 which I could have gotten at any gas station) Will not be going back again.

Pricy, and my car from the back always stays unclean. Also they don't have any self vacuum or wipe options. 1 time I got the car cleaned by the people working there by paying more money and it wasn't any good I they just quickly vacuumed easy to get suff and that's it... if there are other options I would recommend checking out other places...

The worst mister car wash ever I seen . As usual all mister car wash if you are member once you washed you car you get free vacuum by your self. Here they told me to pay. Very poor management. I don’t recommend anyone to bring his car here.

Only decent if you want a cheap 'detailing' from top tier services.
Same prices as every other Mister, but NO SELF-SERVE VACUUMS. The wash was ok, but the equipment is transparently dated.

I purchased the titanium wash + interior, paid $2 extra for each row for floor mat cleaning. The exterior wash was quick and it did a nice job, not sure if that's worth the titanium price. The interior was disappointing. The backs of seats still had footprints, the cup holders still had crumbs in them. The floor mats were good and cleaned, however they just tossed them in the back seat, I had to reattach them all when I got home. Great system they got, the interior job was rushed. Friendly staff, but this didn't sell me on a membership.

I have not been at the mentioned car wash. I was considering it, but felt bad for the person whose car was damaged from the brushes at the car wash.
