Ours was a very complicated re finance due to our immigration status and the fact that I am a self employed small business owner. With all of these challenges and all the interest rate hikes in 2022. Michael Manley never gave up. Working really hard to get us across the line with our new mortgage. He kept us informed every step of the way and we are extremely grateful for all his help.

Sheila was such a joy to work with. I had a particularly difficult loan to qualify for, as I'm self employed in the restaurant business, and after Covid my returns were shaky at best. But Sheila communicated with me throughout the entire transaction and we not only got approved for the mortgage, but I was able to close on the property 5 days early! Would highly recommend!!

Tony Machometa and his team were great right from the start. He was super responsive, he was able to give us the rate in the first call and it didn't change and there were no surprises all through the paperwork and the transaction.
