The next day, I needed a better speakerphone on my room phone. Kevin promptly helped me get a phone with a better speakerphone so I could do a scheduled conference call. Thank you so much, Kevin!
Sarah at the front desk helped quickly in asking Kevin to find a better phone--another friendly and professional and helpful person at Hilton Garden Inn Shoreview.
Thank you ALL for your excellent customer service.
Rooms: Rooms are clean, and beds are very comfortable.”

350 Market St, St Paul“This is a hotel that hardly needs to be rated. It is well known to provide an amazing experience. From the valet out front, through the front desk staff and into the well appointed rooms, it is first class in every way”
“Tosha is a wonderful ray of sunshine, when she wants to be. Not the best in hotel performance overall. It works for a place to stay at in a pinch. Depending on the room, you may or may not get functioning amenities. I chose it due to not having anywhere I could afford to be with my dog. I did gift some stools out front which I hope are being used.”
“My Wife and I stayed here after our Wedding a few weeks ago. We want to thank Meagan, Jaqueline and Shandra for the great help with coordinating the shuttle to and from our venue. We also wanted to thank them for the room accommodations for our guests. This hotel is not only a great place to stay but its also connected to Rudy's Redeye Grill!
Food & drinks: The hotel is connected to Rudy's Redeye Grill which is a huge bonus! They not only have a beautiful restaurant and bar but they also have a rooftop! So if you're looking for a great meal, drinks or Happy Hour you will want to stop in!”
“We stayed here for my friends Bachelorette weekend and we had a great time. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, they have a parking ramp, the views are good, food and drinks within walking distance of the hotel, only thing is they need a hot tub.Rooms: The rooms we stayed in were connected and just lovely. Spacious and perfect for a larger group of women to spread out in and get ready for a night out.”
“I had a business trip and ended ip choosing this location. The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. The ONLY thing I wish I would’ve known is how ROUGH of a neighborhood I was in. Holy Moly. I had to walk to get dinner and run another errand. After dark do NOT go outside. I was threatened and screamed at the top of their lungs from the corner of the hotel for “walking on the dope street and not buying dope” and next time I better walk on the other side. I was beyond uncomfortable and was scared for my life. No joke. BEWARE.
Rooms: I loved my room! It was huge and the tub was amazing. I had the mobile accessibility room for the bathtub. Nothing fancy but I really need the tub rails at times.”
“Carrie at the front desk was phenomenal. The room was immaculate. Location directly between the Capitol and St Paul Cathedral was walkable with plenty of dining options. Excellent stay & highly recommend!”

2812 University Ave SE, Minneapolis“Beautiful hotel!
The outside was well-kept and appealing. The lobby was large and welcoming.
The room was the best part of the stay. It was spotless, large, bright, and comfortable!
The linens were crisp the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was better than average. There were several options, including fresh fruit. It would have been nice to have a different protein other than sausage, which was served both mornings.
The only negative was the laundry facilities were unavailable due to repairs, so we had to use the laundry facilities at the adjoining hotel. It was nice to have that option, however, it was an inconvenience, and we were not offered a discount for their laundry issues.
Thank you for a nice stay, Hampton Inn.”

215 S 4th St, Minneapolis“Strolling into Emery, you're smacked with an ambiance that's trying hard to whisper "class" through its moody lights and marble pillars. But beyond the grandiose entrance, the charm fizzles. The decor? Uninspired. Service? Ghosted us completely, leaving my wife playing solo luggage Tetris with the rolling rack. Thirsty? Hope you like tap, because there's no water provided in the room. Comfort-wise, you’d find more luxury at a Holiday Inn. Four stars? I don’t see it. A very forgettable experience inside a pretty package.”
“My stay was for a staycation and it was perfect! The hotel is very clean and has a calm and welcoming feeling when you first enter. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful to interact with! The room was very spacious and clean, had normal outlets and USB plug ins by the bed which was great along with many other outlets throughout the room in convenient spots which i find very helpful. The room service was quick and convenient. There are a lot of great amenities which is awesome. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel whether it be for a staycation, vacation, for a business trip, or whatever it may be you need a hotel for!”

300 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis“Very loud but that's kinda expected being in the heart of the north loop. The rooftop spa was packed at night, definitely more than the max capacity of 13. So we decided to try again in the morning, much better that time around. Rooms were okay, nothing to write home about but the brick walls were a nice feel. The drinks at the rooftop bar were very good, and customer service was top notch.
Rooms: Had a rustic feel to them, nothing too fancy though.
Walkability: Lots of places to eat/drink within walking distance.
Food and drinks: The rooftop drinks were very well made!!!”

“Hotel is clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and helpful. Decent gym facilities but most importantly, the bedroom and bathrooms are so clean and organized. Modern and new. I would have given it a 5 star review for the rooms itself if the heater wasn't so loud. I had to turn the heater to low so it wouldn't rattle so loud. I've stayed here 2x now and will continue to stay here in the future. Close to the highway, easy to get around and across the street is a target and a trader Joe's.”
“Sydney was amazing with checking me in for my daughter's bday party we had to change to last minute so decided to book here, she was so wonderful and friendly. The rooms are amazing as well. Had the pool to ourselves. All in all it was a great stay. So thanks to Sydney! You are so appreciated ? ? Safety: Felt so safe here”

I planned to Uber back home after the show at The Armory got done. I walked to the Normandy Inn to wait for my Uber and the security and front desk personel did NOT hesitate to let me sit right inside the lobby SAFELY while I waited for my Uber. I can't praise them enough for their customer care, even when the customers aren't always staying on their property. Great job Best Western Normandy Inn. Thank you for making me feel so safe!! Already looking forward to my next stay!!!”

Finding a pool table and an air hockey to play and meet people was a very pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!
Rooms: Clean, spacious, well-kept. Beautiful.
Food & drinks: The hotel has a great restaurant and communicates directly with Starbucks. There is everything nearby (as always when you are near the university)”

To my surprise, the have a courtesy shuttle to and from the arena; although I probably could walk. I'll probably stay at Radisson again if the Frozen Four returns to St. Paul again.”

823 Fifth Ave S, Minneapolis“When traveling to Minneapolis this is where you want to stay! The staff is top notch and have always been super helpful when they can. I needed a late checkout beyond that of even the elite tiers and they were able to accommodate my request. This let me workout and shower before a late flight home. This is normally only something reserved for the top elites, but they checked room availability for the next night and approved the request. The rooms are all beautiful and that’s a perfect combination added to the nice restaurant which I’ve hosted clients at multiple times (never any complaints).”

1101 S 4th Ave, Minneapolis“I ended up switching rooms because there was this high pitched ringing that the front desk attendant, Erin, even said would drive her nuts. The new room was apparently chain-smoked in, but Erin was so sweet and gave me a full can of air freshener as there were no other available rooms. Also, their parking garage (that you pay for) doesn't fit all guests so I ended up parking in the Hospital parking lot across the street. Erin did put in a note that if there are rooms that open that I will switch rooms to a less smelly room. And they don't provide continental breakfast. If you would like breakfast at the hotel it will cost you $12 for horrible looking eggs, dinkylittle sausages, 1/2 fried potatoes and some cereal. If you would like internet that is faster than a tortoise, you will need to pay extra.
Rooms: They are fairly spacious, included a microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and coffee pot. Just a stand in shower, no bath tub. My 2nd room had a broken frame around the mirror and smelled horribly of cigarettes.”
“As expected room, service, amenities. Visited in March so no crazy events. Three blocks from blue line light rail and US bank stadium.Rooms: Nothing special but temperature regulation was a bit annoying, either too cold or hot and thermostat adjustment would completely reverse.Nearby activities: Several nearby stadiums and venuesWalkability: Minneapolis is rather small downtown so 1 mile to city center is niceFood & drinks: Lots of options the further along the water you walk”
“Decent hotel. Great price. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was decent. Good location. Not much parking in the area, but that's more of an FYI. They do have valet, just didn't want to spend that kind of money, when a block away it is 60% cheaper.”
“Every inch of the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a "standard" hotel breakfast, but everything was cleaned and well-stocked. We would absolutely recommend this location to others!Rooms: Room was spotless and spacious.Nearby activities: Two block walk to the Orpheum Theater.Walkability: Two block walk to the Orpheum Theater.”
“We just returned from a 5 day visit to Minnesota to visit family and stayed at the Best West Plus. It was a clean, safe hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant with bar attached, which was really convenient. Plenty of parking. Location is near a wide variety of stores and restaurants. We would certainly consider staying here again.”
