“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”

His professionalism was outstanding, which convinced us to purchase from this store instead of looking elsewhere. I have no regrets about this decision. We ended up buying not one, but two mattresses, and we'll undoubtedly be returning to get more for our other family members.I only wish if delivery was free.”
“I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.”

The doors aren't (handicapped) accessible, but they are double doors. The green tags were 70-75% off today, Thurs, 2/22/24. Enjoy all my pictures! They have a lot of great Easter Decor out and furniture too! Always a fun time to be had in here. The employees are always friendly and happy.”

“This I've been in a Becker store a few times looking at furniture. At the end of 2022, I purchased an Archbold shaker bedroom set (bed with headboard, two night stands, a 6 drawer bureau, and a ten drawer dresser with mirror) that I absolutely love.I went in earlier this week to look at couches but what they had was more than I wanted to pay. Liz Ricci (no relation and I didn't know her last name until I got home and looked at her business card, crazy!) Was extremely patient and helpful even though I think she knew I wasn't going to buy that day. I found one at a competitor but didn't make any purchases because I needed to measure everything again now that I had some ideas of what was available.I was ready to purchase from the competitor but decided to stop in for one last look around. I ended up finding what I wanted for less than what I would have paid at the other place.Sam was also very helpful and patient even when I got my percentages wrong. He answered all my questions and measured many end tables to see if they were the right width for my limited wall width.Becker has really nice furniture and I will continue to look there for quality items.”
“I came here mostly for the selection of niche fragrances and was not disappointed. My expectations were blown away. It is so rare to be able to be left to test out expensive fragrances on your own without overly pushy sales reps but this was truly the best experience I have ever had. Not only was I allowed to test freely but I was able to have great conversations with the reps that were not sales motivated. I was never made to feel like I was testing too much or there for too long. The customer service is truly remarkable. Being offered things like free coffee or bottled water is not something I am used to even from other high end stores. The fragrance selection is absolutely unparalleled as well, you will find nothing like it anywhere else in the state that I am aware of. All of this is without even mentioning all of the other very interesting items in this very large store. The only thing keeping this from being 5 out of 5 is of course the price of some of the items. There were a few clearance/sale sections but I feel most people would probably find most of the items in the store not very affordable. There are definitely a few cheaper items here and there and were definitely too many areas for me to have looked at absolutely everything, but I feel like just a bit more slightly affordable items would be nice, perhaps just a bit of Polo Ralph Lauren instead of only Ralph Lauren Purple Label, for example. But at the end of the day I understand this is a very high end store, just personal preference and is probably affordable to plenty who will frequent the shop. Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful. Everything in the store was very enjoyable. Overall, it was beyond exemplary first experience and will absolutely return.”
