“I received a dash cam as a gift and after a bad experiences with Best Buy Geek Squad I found this place and they exceeded my expectations. From the beginning when they responded to emails throughout the entire process I was so pleased with their customer service. I even had a concern about the placement of my rear camera and for no additional charge they switched positions based on what I was wanting. I also experienced the rear dash cam all of a sudden not working and again for no extra charge they took a look at my system and discovered it was the camera itself. “So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
“Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”

“I use to go to this GameStop when I was 9-14 years old. I left for the service, moved back to my hometown here in MN. I'm now 27 years old, and I still go to this very exact GameStop. If you want the best customer service I would always go after 2 pm because Aaron works at that time. He's very smart, very knowledgeable at what he is selling, and gives the best customer service on getting what you pay for, or helping you return things to get your money back. Great guy!”

“Convenient store close to shopping center Northtown Mall. I had the wrong item delivered with my order, and Target shipped me the correct item to my address.
I don’t recommend placing an order from in store pick up because it is not efficiently staffed and the employees will make you wait until after they are not busy with drive up orders.”
