someone stole my identity and ordered checks from Deluxe. I called and tried for an hour to cancel the fraudulent invoice, but couldn't get anyone to own the issue at Deluxe. I guess I'm not impressed

I was forced to use this business services to receive a payment from Amazon (one time use). The company refuses to close my account and properly secure my personal information. Has anyone had any luck filing a complaint with the BBB?

This company does not give a tracking number for checks. Avoid at all cost. They're unresponsive, I have to close my bank account I have had for 30 years, switch my payments, and a whole host of other garbage because they are wholly incompetent. My checks are lost in the mail, and this company can't be bothered.

They insist you call, then put you on hold while forcing you to listen to how they have donated a ton of $$$$ to every cause under the sun but you sit on hold for 20 minutes cuz they would rather donate it to stupid causes than to hire people to ANSWER THE PHONE. Its a joke woke company that forgot why they are in business.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I ordered checks a month ago - was told i would receive in 7 ton10 business days. That was a month ago. I have called twice, put in an on line complaint (to which I was given a ticket number. No one has ever even contacted me in reference to this "ticket number ")I have spoken to someone there twice. The last time over a week ago with a promise she would get back with me within a few days. I have received no follow up phone call or email. I made sure that these folks I was talking to had both my cell phone and my email.No one has ever gotten back in touch with me. I have no business checks which puts me into a terrible position. I am beyond annoyed with Deluxe Checks. I am attempting to see how to file a BBB complaint.

This is good company never had issues ordering checks and love the ez shield gives me that extra security in the back of my head and customer service is in the USA which is a plus.

Another terrible service review of this company. I ordered checks and they never showed. Tracking information was worthless. I ordered again and nothing again. Tracking information was worthless again.Now there may be a few hundred checks in my name floating wherever.So I'll close the bank account and start over.Terrible experience with this company. Very disappointed. It's simply printed checks. That's their core business.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EVER EVER DEALT WITH. they brought on the LUMEN web servicing and the experience was awful. email has been down for 28 days and counting. no one knows whats going on and keep getting the run around. there was no plan for this merger and there is nobody willing to help in any way. i am beyond frustrated and i just cannot believe that LUMEN or deluxe allowed this DISASTER OF A rollout. I mean it, this is the worst company i have EVER dealt with. Literally no one is willing or able to help. The negative impact on my business is immeasurable. i am unsure how this will get resolved but i have spent over 2 hours in their online chat which is worthless and over

This has been the absolute worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I ordered my checks months ago, payed an extra charge to have them sent even sooner than they were expected (so they should have arrived in two business days) and they STILL have not arrived.I tried calling the company and they don't let you get a hold of a customer service representative! I have tried emailing through their website and they keep on saying there is an "error" and that the message can't be sent (this has happened every single time I have tried sending a message).I am appalled at the terrible service of Deluxe. And at this point, I believe they are a complete scam. They stole my money, never gave me my checks, and they won't let me get a hold of anyone to see where my checks are or to request a refund.I cannot stress enough how awful Deluxe is. Truly terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I placed an order for checks and envelopes in May. I STILL have not received the envelopes, even though I've been charged for them. It's been 2 1/2 months and I would have never known what the status is, as they did not contact me. I had to call three times, and each time "they're out of stock but should be in next week" but nothing. THEN the checks that they sent me had the WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER on them - we have two divisions, and they switched the account numbers. I had proofed them as correct, but they did not print to the proofs. This caused one of our bank accounts to bounce by over $850K. I was furious, although I do have to say they did get me a corrected set of checks overnight and luckily my bank worked with me. But I am never taking my business back again, after I've ordered checks and envelopes from them for 12+ years. The chat "customer support" function is no help, they just kept telling me to call the 1-800 number for any updates. It's ridiculous.
