Took months just to get my referral bonus.The communication with them is not even a professional level. Seems like they don’t know much about the bank itself and making stuff up just to satisfy the customer. Always seem to be in a rush to do other things behind the room or be at their designated place and be on their phone.I also did the atm fee reimbursement and was told I’ll get $15 but, I got $5 instead.Overall of this experience at this bank is disappointing. Failed at keeping their words. Never had these issue with other banks…

Shelly Rahn = AwesomeThank you CCCU and Shelly. Not going to lie, service levels have decreased since the pandemic, but NOT HERE. My wife and I were not "excited" to complete our lease-end paperwork to purchase our vehicle. Normally, its hours of back and forth and just stressful. But, after one experience with Shelly, We have no reason not to be back to CCCU for all of our banking needs.Shelly has got to be her parents favorite child!Thank you again to Shelly and the Team at CCCU. I travel for work. For years (literally) I have complained about not being able to log into my account from some countries when I'm abroad (countries in South America for instance). I get rude responses from the IT department with solutions that do not work, such as use VPN (note: I always use my companies VPN when attempting to log in). Unless I use a free VPN via sketchy website service to make it look like my IP address is in the United States, which might i add is NOT a secure option, then this does not work. By the way hackers or whatever they are trying to prevent could also do that.... Extremely frustrating. CCCU has many preventative steps in place already that will lock an account and notify you of a bad login attempt. Blacklisting IP addresses from other countries is ridiculous and not done with any other financial accounts that I have.

I have done my banking here since I was in Highschool.. which was over 15 yrs ago... I would highly recommend a Credit Union vs a Bank. They are not fee drivin.. they try to give best lending percentage and.. won't predatory lend.. meaning they want to see you be able to satisfy your loan vs.. just approving a loan at a ridiculous rate and make it hard for you to pay. They have savings.. which I recommend to have. And Checking.. ( they have a free checking too) and I feel apart of the family.

I had a horrible experience here, I open a business account here and the guy who open my account did it fast and forgot to sign me up for online banking and could not access my account. And then I brought my first business check and instead of deposit in my business account he deposit it into my personal account which caused me a huge problem. There is just so many bad experiences here I will no longer bank with them.

I received a check from a member of this place and they would not cash it because I was not a member. What an inconvenience for the customer. Whoever came up with this policy should be fired.

Waste of time! They don’t value you or your business! I submitted an online auto loan application on Wednesday, received email from Emily Schaaf with request for docs. I sent everything to her right away and let her know that I will be T dealership that evening and need an answer. Never heard back, today is Friday evening and still nothing. I went to another CU, got approved same day and they now have my $42k auto loan. Don’t waste your time, as others reviewed. This place is a joke. Go where you matter :)

Tanya Kelly went above and beyond! My father passed away and I needEd an Estate checking account opened ASAP so I could pay funeral bills even though the lobby was closed. I talked to 2 other people on your customer service line and never heard back from them! I realize the trying times with staffing but still haven’t heard from those first 2 people. I salute Tanya and hope you recognize her too!

Our Teller Melissa seemed Stoned, Like she slurred her words, forgot information mid checking account set up, and Didn't ask if I wanted to setup online banking. I had to call their support line to get it setup but not before getting locked out of it. Worst of all their Card machine was broken so I couldn't get my debit card on that day.
