Unfortunately my car was still at the mechanic shop which meant I wasn’t going to be able to get there on my scheduled day/time. 1Auto Glass was great by working around that issue and went to the mechanic shop to do it there.So thank you!”
“I have used Auto Glass express many times as my luck with glass seems to be not great. These guys are great. They handle everything from dealing with insurance to getting the correct OEM glass for the car. Insurance these days tries to force you to use their "prefered" installer but that just means they cut corners and use aftermarket glass. Auto glass express will fight to get you the correct glass for your car and in case you are not aware in MN its 100% illegal for your insurance to direct your or punish you in some way for not using a prefered installer. These guys are always my first call. Before I even call the insurance. Really helps avoid the whole insurance pushy thing when they get the first claim call from the company you have already chosen. 100% love Auto Glass Express.”
“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All Auto glass took extra care and even added some parts that insurance would not cover. I had a ford explorer where there was 50/50 chance that the rear spoiler on my ford explorer would break and have to be totally replace not covered by insurance. They did precise handling of the rear window and spoiler to make sure everything was done with quality workmanship. Thankyou All Auto Glass, I will visit you again if I ever need your services. “Fantastically easy - I used my insurance company's website to schedule a replacement windshield for my Jetta. Caliber called shortly after that to nail down the best day for the replacement. They arrived on time, replaced the windshield quickly right in my driveway with no effort required on my part. Great communication with Gavin during the process and he did a wonderful job.”

I walked in for the initial estimate and got it within 20 minutes. Was able to get my car in for repairs less than two weeks later. Also they cleaned the entire car like new before returning it. I’ve never had such a great experience with getting car repairs done.”

“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”

“A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

“I used Heppner's auto body repair shop because it was a preferred Farmer's insurance place. They repaired my front bumper in a very timely matter, they kept me updated with the process and it went extremely smooth. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was even vacuumed and cleaned out. I felt like I had a brand new car. Would definitely recommend them. They were very close to the original bid-They didn't find much different when they opened the car up to inspect. They even came in a little less than another bid I had from a different shop. Very pleased and felt comfortable with them”

“I thought they did a great job fixing the bumper of my car. The bumper and the bar behind it both needed to be replaced. When I got my car back, it looked better than before and Zack was very helpful. He came out to explain what they fixed and give me the car back. I thought my AC light stopped working but he turned the fan on and it went back on right away. It's a silly mistake for me to make but it was cool that he came out and identified it immediately. Everyone here was friendly and professional. It's super convenient that it's next door to the rental car place too.”

“Referred to fridley auto body by an insurance company. There was damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper after my civic was parked and struck by another vehicle. The shop got me in for an inspection and repairs immediately which was awesome. They quoted a week for service and they delivered, also helped get me booked for a rental which was very helpful. Chris was there every step of the way and communicated with me and the insurance company which took a lot off my plate. Highly recommend this body shop.”
