Literally the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Everyone seems to be so far from knowledgeable whenever I have asked questions or looked for help.
My online orders: any time I ordered deli cheese or meat either it doesn't come, is incorrect, or says it's not in stock even though I checked after and it was.
When shopping in store I have tried to use gift cards twice and no one seems to know how to use them? And you can't use them in the card reader I have never experienced this backwards way of doing things. I had to ask my relatives to not get me these as gifts because it is not worth it.
Finally, I tried to use a Similac online coupon today and no one could help me. Their app literally lists Walmart and you need to select the retailer to use the coupon/method of pay. They said I needed a physical coupon but it's literally digital??? How about Walmart stop working with a vendors app if you can't accept them so people can avoid waiting 20 minutes just to leave without the product they came for.
If you need something from Walmart, trust me, drive to another or just go to target. Not worth the frustration coming to this one, no one seems to know what is going on.

My wife called to check if they had a specific formula for our 1 year old. She asked if they had the plant based formula available, not soy based. The Customer Service employee wouldn’t understand the detail of PLANT BASED and would just say “yeah yeah we have”. My wife explained again to check the label on the formula. The worker “checked” and came back 2 minutes later saying “they’re all green”.
Clearly these employees hardly understand english much less care about the specifics of product. Partly language was a barrier but you could tell this employee did not want to care or try to help.
After that, we said “Yes they’re green but does it say PLANT BASED” and she just hangs up! Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
We called back and the employee literally blew her off again and spoke in broken english. We drove to the store and filed a complaint with the Manager on duty. Every other employee appeared to be Somali (wearing hijabs) asking the Manager what we were talking to him about. I’m sure they were a bit paranoid sensing it was a complaint we were making.
This Walmart needs to do better at hiring competent staff. Lazy, uneducated workers have no place in customer service.

Just keeps getting worse wish I knew how to add pictures here. You can barely get through the parking lot as the carts are literally so packed in it almost closes them off the isles. Then you go in to see groups of workers socializing vs working then have the balls to ask for our receipt as we check out, I'm so over this place they need new management and to just wipe the entire store clean of the workers and start over. The people currently here don't give a shhh

Lady at self check out was so rude because a jar of peanut butter fell and broke she had a major attitude swearing at us it was a accident it happens no cashier so you are forced to go to self check out I’m almost done after scanning everything she stops my transaction and says go to another self checkout told her no I wasn’t I was almost done she got even ruder swearing at a kid I should off left but she finally got a cashier to ring me up IM NOT LETTING IT GO IM GONNA GO TO CORPORATE IM ALL DONE WITH THIS WALMART SAYING SHE WAS THE MANAGER NO NAME TAG REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME BUT SWEARING AT A KID IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
